Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Rolled sections (of angle, Tee, channel or any other section) as in framing for cladding, glazing, view cutter and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc of Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof or wall covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement/lime mortar of any mix including all quoins pillar ashlars masonry and removal complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work sub class 'B' bricks (OLD SIZE BRICKS) straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick/stone wall surfaces on other than fair faces of brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement with/without water proofing compound (water proofing compound wherever added shall be paid separately) complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked).

M&L rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 8-9mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (light shade as approved), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 8-9mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (light shade as approved), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15mm thick screed bed cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 20mm thk screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc 250ltr but not exc 500ltr and removing from site complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 500 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for pre-polished cement concrete chequered tiles of size 300mm by 300mm by 25 mm thick, any shape of any tint, heavy duty, set jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry @ 2.5 Kg per square metre complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for roof treatment using APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing not less than 3kg/sqm black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt with thermo finish (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid over compatible bitumen primer @0 .30 liters per sqm and bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm with help of torching with a proplyne or a butane gas using torch with minimum overlap of 75mm at side and 100mm at ends and sealing including applying a coat of bitumen primer & bitumen 85/25 applied hot all as per manufacturer instructions. Restraining & resecuring the old Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed including making good stable etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Punched tape concertina coil any dia or any other coil size of any type of standards,rails etc including provision of mild steel(annealed) binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of Sewage line of 100mm bore from gully traps, grease traps etc. upto 1.5 m deep by removing all filtn/silt, foreign materials and other deposits whatsoever completely and making the line free from all obstacles and testing the flow of sewer line evenly, smoothly by filling water. The cleaning operation will be carried out in suitable lengths by blocking the first and last manholes of sewage line and removing the silt/sludge & other deposits out side of MD land in covered van/trolley, complete all as specified & directed.

All as per description of serial Item No 80.00 here-in-above but sewage line of 150 mm bore and depth of sewage line upto 2m.

Cleaning of septic tank of any capacity or description by mechanical means including cleaning and pumping out fluid, cleaning of sludge from compartment of septic tank including intercepting chamber & washing down with water complete and removing the sludge in covered van/trolley out side the Govt land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L dewatering of soak well by pumping or any suitable means dia of soak well exceeding 2.50 m and n. exc 3.00 and depth not exc 3.00 complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manholes depth upto 1.5 mtr by removing all silt, sludge, any other materials making clean and flushing with water complete incuding removal of spoils out side MD land and taken out cover slab and reset in the same position after cleaning and testing all as specified and directed. cleaning shall be done either manually or mechanically as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per description of serial Item No 85.00 here-in-above but depth exceeding 1.5 m and not exc 3 m deep complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in cover/slab of drain/culvert/septic tank/soakage well/manhole etc all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes, drains etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including placing in position and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality conforming to TMT bar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
