08-Paver Block - Arish to Vanapandi-Marikundu

Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10M and initial lift of 2M in light black cotton soil, hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, Muram, gravel stoney earth and etc., as per SS 20B.(TNBP SS No. 23 & 24)

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 using 40MM. gauge hand brocken granite stone jelly for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15 cm. thick, compacting etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surface in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 cm. x 60 cm. and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10 cm x 6.5 cm dia spaced at about 90 cm. centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10 cm to 13 cm. dia spaced at 75 cm. centre to centre etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed for the following items.

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One cement Three sand and Six hard brocken stone) using 20MM. gauge hand brocken granite stone jelly for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15 cm. thick, compacting etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete.

Collection and supply of gritty gravel from appd quarry including cost and conveyence of all materials to site including all labour charges for filling etc., complete.

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material(25mm to 4.75mm IRC HBG metal@65%,4.75mm to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @ 20% and 2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @ 15%).

Supplying and laying inder blocking of 60 mm thick required shap in cement mortar 1:1:2 using 10-12 mm size HBG stone jelly including cost of centering shuttering laying vibrating (with mechanical vibrating ) finishing curing land
