Providing , Laying, Spreading and Compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Mecadam using 0.396m3 of 45-22.40mm graded metal, 0.528m3 of 22.40-4.75mm graded metal and 0.396m3 of 4.75mm and below size graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Mecadam specification including pre-mixing the materials with water at O.M.C. in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site layig in uniform layer with paver in sub - base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting graded metal premixed with Vibratory roller to acheive the desired density as per MORTH specifications 406.

Providing and laying Prime coat 7 Kg / 10 Sq.m over Wet Mix Mecadam surface using of R.S Emulsion Bitumen for 10 Sq.m and cost of Emulsion Bitumen which will be supplied and procured by the contractor himself at his own cost as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bituminous by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per MORTH Specifications 111,112,501,503 and 900.

Providing and laying Tack coat 2.50 Kg / 10 Sq.m over Prime coat surface using of R.S.Emulsion Bitumen for 10 Sq.m and cost of Emulsion Bitumen which will be supplied and procured by the contractor himself at his own cost as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bituminous by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per MORTH Specifications 111,112,501,503 and 900.

Providing and laying 50 mm compacted thick Dense Bituminuous Concrete using 0.35 cum of 26.50-11.20 mm IRC size HBG metal 0.21 cum of 11.20-2.80 mm IRC size HBG metal.0.14 cum of 2.80 mm and below .01 cum of quarry fine with 49.50 kgs of bitumen for premixing per sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site,heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant20-30 tons capacity,conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site,spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 25mm with mechanical paver to the specified grade and cross Vibrator roller to the required density etc., including labour for loading for loading for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and metal feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 CMP with bitumen tipper trucks paver finisher, power rollers and all other tools and plant required including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per MORTH Standard Specification using CMP as per Clause.111, 112, 501, 508 and 900.sections and compaction by 80-100 KN power roller to the required density etc., including labour for loading for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and metal feeder unit,labour for attending to paver site etc including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 CMP with bitumen tipper trucks paver finisher,power rollers and all other tools and plant required including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP clause 511 & 501 of MOST.

Providing and laying 30 mm thick compacted Bituminous concrete which shall consist of construction of a single course / Wearing course on previously prepared bituminous base to the requirements of the specification using 45.27 kg 60/70 grade bitumen and 5.03 kg Shredding plastic per 10 sqm with CMP & Paver., heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant-tons capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 30mm with machanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by
