(b) APP modified water proofing memebrane as per IS 16540/16532-2017, 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.80 kg per Sqm reinforce polyster/HMHDPE matt black finish over compatible primer/bonding bitumen and finish the top surface with bituminus aluminium paint @0.10 Ltr per Sqm complete all as specified.

PCC 1:5:10 type E2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for filling mass concrete as in sunken floor complete all as directed .

Rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry, brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:3 using WPC 3% by weight of cement and finished smooth and even without using extra cement for sunken floor treatment complete all as directed Note: WPC will be measured and paid separetly.
