Supply and filling the foundatiion and basement with clear M sand in layers complying with standard specification including consolidation and watering etc. complete and as directed by , Officers.

P.C.C 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight coarse aggregate) using S.R. cement and 40 mm H.B.G stone including mixing concrete, laying, curing and compacting of concrete etc., complete and as directed by the , Officers.

Reinforced cement concrete M30 using S.R. cement and 20mm size hard blue granite stone (machine crushed) excluding cost of reinforcement, fabrication and placing the grills in position and excluding cost of shoring and strutting but including curing, finishing and mixing concrete using mechanical mixer machine and compaction by machanical vibrator etc., complete and as directed by , Officers.

Upto 1.5 m

From 1.5 m to 4.5 m

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of RTS grills at all heights for reinforcement including cost of steel for all works and labour charges including cost of binding wire etc., complete for all RCC works and as directed by Officers. upto 16mm dia.

Supply and erection of steel centering, shuttering for soffits and sides including necessary supports and strutting for all RCC works using MS sheets of suitable size of BG 10 stiffened with MS angle of size 25 X 25 X 3mm for boarding laid over Silver Oak joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm spaced at 90cm c/c and supported by Casuarina Props 10cm - 13cm spaced at 75cm c/c etc., complete and as directed by , Officers.(Retrieved Materials should be taken back by the contractor.)

Shoring, and strutting with sheet piles of size width 400 mm x height of 3m x thickness of 9mm as per IS 2314-1986 by driving on both sides of the trench from Ground Level up to the required depth and connecting the above sheet piles by horizontal strutting with sheet piles at an interval of 1.0m, fixing the sheet piles by connecting the horizontal strutting with casurina poles of 8cm to 10cm dia. at 1.50m interval and including removing the sheet piles after the pipelines are laid, jointed, tested, and stacking it safely for other uses. It includes the cost of sheet piles and casurina poles including labour charges for erecting the sheet piles, driving the sheet piles, removing the sheet piles, fixing Casurina poles, etc., complete and all other incidental charges for the depths, - 0-4mts.

Barricading work (Where the lines are in narrow width of municipality area, busy streets like Market, Bus-stand and in the Highways etc.) for laying of pipe line using casurina poles at 1.50m center to center (8cm to 10cm dia. and 1.80m height) vertical with horizontal poles in two rows, painting the vertical poles in the road facing sides with ready mix paint, tying the vertical and horizontal poles with coir rope including supplying, delivery and fixing of GI sheet (0.90m x 0.8mm thick) in the horizontal poles and fixing 75mm dia. reflectors including earth work excavation for fixing vertical posts and finally removing and stacking the materials safely for further use etc., complete and as directed by Dept officers.

Supplying and fixing of F.R.C Manhole frame with cover (60cm dia extra heavy duty) including cost and conveyance of all charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supply and fixing of PVC encapsulated CI steps ( 1 No at 30 cm interval ) in the manhole including cost and conveyance of all charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supply and Delivery of 250MM DWC Structured Wall Polyethylene Piping Systems (Pipe with online/offline coupler and elastomeric sealing ring) with required specials non-smooth external annular corrugated and smooth internal surface (Double wall) (SN 8 Class) for non-pressure underground sewerage, drainage application generally as per IS-16098 (Part-2) type B.

Supply and Delivery of 110mm Dia (6KSC) PVC pipes, couplers, jointing materials and required specials, cutting, conveying , laying, jointing and cost of refilling for the additional earthwork etc complete and as directed by the TWAD board officers.

Lowering PVC/ DWSC rigid pipes and specials to trench and laying to proper grade and alignment, jointing with PVC couplers with cement paste.

Refilling the outside of the well with excavated earth (other then sand) complying with standard specification for filling the foundation including watering consolidation etc., complete as directed by the , Officers.

Disposal of surplus excavated earth in pipe laying and road restoration works etc.,transporting to the sites specified by Engineer within 5 Km lead, including loading, spreading etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Dewatering using 3HP to 70HP diesel engine pumpset including Hire charges, cost of Diesel, Engine oil, pump operator, labour charges, conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back, loading, unloading and any other incidental charges etc., complete.(up to 5 HP)
