M&L Screed Bed 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on Sunken Portion or on Concrete Surfaces, mixing liquid WPC as per manufacturers instructions, Plastered Surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. NOTE: WPC will be Measured and Paid under appropriate Item.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound, ISI Marked, as approved, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L applying evenly Two Coats of Hot Blown type Bitumen at the Rate of 1.50 Kg per Square Metre on Concrete Surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as filling in Sunken Floors, Mass Concrete, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) 25mm thick as in Flooring, finishing Cement Concrete Surfaces Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 50mm dia GI spout pipe fixed in sunken floors by means of cutting holes in wall bedded in cement mortar and making good the disturbed portion of wal, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. NOTE : Cement Concrete will be Measured and Paid for separately under appropriate Item.

Taking down Cement Plaster including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water and removing Debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster in 1:4 cement mortar and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement including applying two coat of cement base paint over and a coat of primer after preparation of new plastered surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Rough Cast Plaster on Brick Walls consisting Under Coat of Cement and Sand Mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in Plastic state the Rough Cast Mixture consisting of Crushed Stone or Fine Gravel mixed with Coarse Sand and Cement in the Ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish Even, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Coloured Glazed Ceramic Tiles 300x450x7mm thick in Vertical Surface i.e. Dado, Skirting,etc., set and jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and pointed in White or Colour Cement to match the Tiles, laid over and including 10mm thick Screed or Screed Bed in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. NOTE : Cost of rendering will deem to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in Flooring, set and jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and pointed in White/Coloured Cement, laid over and including 15mm thick Screed or Screed Bed in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. NOTE : Cost of Screed Bed will deem to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M&L Machine Cut Kota Stone Slab 20-25mm thick in Riser of Steps, Skirting, Dado and Pillar, laid over and including Cement Screed 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, laid and jointed with Grey Cement Slurry mixed with Pigment to match the Shade of the Slab including Rubbing and Polishing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. NOTE : Cost of Rendering will deem to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M&L for 12-15mm thick green marble slab flooring including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab one side bullnosed etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. NOTE : Cost of Screed Bed will deem to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M&L for 12-15mm thick green marble including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 in riser of steps, skirting , dado and pillar with one side bullnosed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Taking up or down Steel Tubing 15mm bore (dia) with Fittings/ Connections, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Fixing Steel Tubing 15mm bore (dia) and Fittings in new or old position, (Serviceable Pipes and Fittings obtained from Item here-in-before) after cleaning inner and outer surfaces of Pipes by using of Wire Brush including provision of new GI Fittings (as required), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
