Description:- Submission of BidBidders will be required to quote the percentage (%) increase (up to two decimal) over the fixed Reserve Price (RP). The eligible biddersoffering the highest percentage (%) over the RP will be awarded thecontract,The amount derived by adding the percentage quoted by thesuccessful bidder to the Reserve Price, shall be treated as 'GuaranteedRailway Freight' (GRF) for the
linkedterminals.For example, against a Reserve Price of Rs. 70,00 lakh (as fixedby Division), if bidder 'A' quotes a 10% increase over RP whilebidder 'B' quotes a 20% increase, it means they are offeringtowards 'Guaranteed Railway Freight -GRF' of Rs. 77.00 lakh andRs. 84.00 lakh respectively. In this case, bidder 'B' will be selectedand Rs. 84.00 will be GRF amount for the first year of contract.In case of two (or more) eligible bidders quote the samepercentage, decision to award the contract shall be taken throughthe draw of lots.
