S&F Distribution Board (TP&N) 4 way fitted with Bus bars neutral links Blanking plates double door suitable for and including 4 pole Isolator as incomer and out going MCBs 4 ways complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure DB (SPN) double door 8 way 240 volt with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar, earth bar and neutral bar complete all as specified and directed. Approved Makes given in Appendix 'B' of Tender Document.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in to the ground ( earthpit not less than 2.25 m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts , nuts check nuts and washers of galnanised iron or steel using GI strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead as shown in electric plate No-3 of SSR- Part-1 connected to earth test point all as specifed or indicated including testing on completion and necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1 :3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, pit, funnel, 20 mm diia meduim grade watering pipe, 40 mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover , wire copper lugs etc mesh, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge. (GI strip of extra length of main earthing lead beyond 7.5Mtrs will be measured and paid separately)

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring from existing points (light, fan, socket or power) alongwith compete fittings such as switches ,ceiling rose, pendent holder, sketch fitting & regulator etc including making good to the disturbed surfaces of wall, roof and floor etc to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with FRLSH PVC insulated 1.5 Sqmm multistranded,1100 volt grade copper conductor cable, unsheathed type alongwith FRLSH PVC insulated 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable for continuous earthing in & incl PVC casing & capping with accessories having ISI mark fixed on wall surfaces / ceiling terminated into PVC gang box for mounting switches, sockets etc. all as specified for one light point/ fan/ Bell point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
