REPAIR/MAINT STREET LIGHT, AND PERIMETER SECURITY LIGHT, HIGH MAST LIGHT AT DRONACHAL AND COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF CENTRAL AC PLANT TO PANCHJANAYA AUDITORIUM AT DRONACHAL BHOPAL

Attending daily complaints of Droanchal Top and Dronachal Base by deputing adequate number of Skilled teams of qualified Electrician and helper any time of the day ( Minimum 01 Skilled Electrician & 02 Helper ) for repair / tightening of end terminals of street light fitting, Flood light, LED strip on poles , High Mast light , Post top lanten of any size/capacity at any height and repair the street lights, Flood lights and Post Top lanten having minor faults i.e loose connections, carbon deposition , Shifting and refixing the same etc and make the light functional. After rectifying the defects of the electrical system replace the U/S items such as street light , flood lights, LED strips, MCBs TPN ,connection plate , thimbles and timmer small pieces of electrical cables PVC insulated copper multistranded conductor of sizes 2.5 Sqmm to 6 Sqmm twin core and length not increasing 1.5 mtrs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Complaint slip shall be part of the bill) and In Addition one 16 mtrs hight hydraulic vehicle with driver & operator of the same team will opearte and manage day to day street light Complaints and update the status of complaints on daily basis and confirmed throgh concerned JE E/M daily as per directed by Engr-in Charge.

Note:- (i)Complaint shall be done within 24 hrs after intimation by JE E&M Engineer-in-Charge failling which penalty of Rs 250 per day per complaint will be levied on contractor. (ii) One supervisor will report to JE E/M , Engineer -in-Charge on daily basis with complaint register. (iii) Contractor shall be fully responsible for Complaint slip/ Job card prepared and submitted on daily basis ( Format as per provided by the Engineer in Charge. (iv) This item pertains to attending complaints of street light/flood light/LED strips on poles/High mast, MCB, & timer panel including other minor items such as insulating tape, screws etc as required to attend the complaint to the entire satisfaction of user/Engr-in-Charge. (v) Items shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of Sch 'A'

Material and labour for overhauling of existing 16 meters height high mast lighting system by degreasing and cleaning of double drum winch, gear box, wire rope, clamp, bobbin arrangement, power tool motor, mechanical torque limiter, lowering the mast head assembly, degreasing and cleaning the pulley, docking arm etc and applying new grease / lubricating oil for all mechanical moving / rotating parts, checking all the electrical parts such as timer panel, all cable connections in control panel, motor, junction box, flood light fittings & aviation obstruction light fitting etc, rectifying the defects, renewing the defective components etc including testing for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Replacement of flood light fittings, aviation obstruction light, control cable, steel wire rope , timer panel components & rewinding of motor if required at site shall be measured and paid separately. However, the cost of minor spare parts & lubrication is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix in replacement of 150/250 Watt LED flood light fitting made up of Pressure die-cast aluminium alloy housing with toughened glass, IP65 protection and impact resistance of IK07 and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics having system lumen efficacy ≥100 lm/W, Inbuilt potted electronic LED driver with APFC (SMPS based constant current supply), lower THD, Open Circuit protection, Over Voltage protection, Surge Voltage protection & other safety test as per IS 15885 Part-2/Sec 13 and BIS complying including surface mounting using adjustable MS cradle of thickness 5 mm provided with the fixture including taking down existing unserviceable flood light fitting of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- LM 79 test report, LM 80 report with minimum 9000 hrs testing to support 50K life TTC and dirver NABL accreditated report shall be submitted before execution of work to the Engineer - in - charge.

All as per Serial Item No. 3.00 here-in-before but of 100 Watt LED flood light fitting.

Supply and fix in replacement of Integral LED aviation light fitting comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure including taking down existing unserviceable aviation light of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and connecting in replacement of PVC insulated and PVC Round Sheathed, Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable 5 core x 4 sqmm, 1100 Volt, conforming to IS 694 including taking down of existing unserviceable copper control cable of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of round strand galvanized steel wire rope conforming to IS:2266/02 of size 8mm dia, 6/36 SW construction including taking down existing unserviceable wire rope of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of analog time switch, 3 module size suitable for automatic switching ON & OFF of street lights through 3 pole power contactor including taking down existing unserviceable time switch of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of reversing starter with Forward, OFF and Reverse switch 25A suitable for three phase power tool motor of high mast lighting system including taking down existing unserviceable reversing starter of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of three pole AC power contactor, 32 Amps, 415 volts suitable for street light timer panel including taking down existing unserviceable power contactor of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB, TPN, 40 Amps, 10 KA, 415 V, 50 Hz, AC including taking down existing unserviceable MCB of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB, TPN, 63 Amps, 10 KA, 415 V, 50 Hz, AC including taking down existing unserviceable MCB of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement Auto/ Manual with centre off switch suitable for street light timer panel including taking down existing auto / manual switch of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting and removing of burnt out winding from electric motor of any make and rewinding with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge and number of turns including varnishing, heating etc and testing for satisfactory performance for capacity up to 3.0 HP, 3 Ph, 415 Volts, 50Hz, AC motor complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED Post top light fitting 45 Watt / 50 Watt, made in die-cast aluminum housing with decorative clear opal acrylic diffuser, IP 65 protection, spun aluminum powder coated canopy, low power Warm White (WW) LEDs connected in series and parallel combination with better heat dissipation arrangement with LED color temperature- 3000K ±300K, Highly efficient constant current electronic driver having operating voltage range from 140-280 Volt AC, provided with high voltage, open and short circuit protection, Voltage surge protection 5KV complete suitable for up to 60mm OD pipe entry with fixing bolts including taking down existing unserviceable post top light of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fix LED curb stone light ( RED,Yellow , Blue , White , Amber ) fittings of lentgh 500mm, height 200mm and width 150mm, with curb angle 45 degree, operatind voltage 36 volts DC power supply, having foundation hight 40mm, foundation width 20 mm, foundation stand hole 10 mm dia with 2 Nos of foundation rod having 8 mm dia to make curb stone theft proof and immoval,with load cayying / bearing capacity uoto 800 Kgs , in each curb stone LED strip lenght 465mm , Nos of LED in each strip 22, power consumption 2.34W per curb stone having one connectors with 2 Nos (1 male & 1 Female) with 2 core wire, Comlete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of HT / LT steel poles and painting with one coat of aluminium paint on all steel surfaces such as poles, channels, angles, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers of any description and Zebra marking on pole with black paint up to one meter height above PCC coping including pasting of radium reflector band / strips (Make: 3M or equivalent) of 5cm wide in Green (02 Nos) & White (01 No.) colour shall be provided at a height of 1.25mtr from coping of pole and writing the pole number in black colour on yellow background at a suitable place on the pole including applying one coat of snow cem on PCC coping of pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connecting to GI wire 4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and earth wire protected by 15mm dia GI pipe medium grade and connected to pole structure/ panel board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I(2009) and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The unit rate quoted shall also include for excavation, earth work in any type of soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bras @ 150mm C/C both ways, GI funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh, protection pipe, earth strip up to 7.50m long complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (Notes) under sub heading earthing, specified in SSR Part II

M&L for pruning of tree branches up to 2.0 meter clearance all around HT/LT overhead lines and depositing where directed at a distance not less than 50m complete all as specified directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The item will be measured in span length between poles. The approx span length is 50m.

Material and labour for Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep in any type of soil and site clearance including cutting and removing of plants/bushes, leveling of surface area, throw wastage material out of fencing area/ compound wall up to 50m distance at sub station areas / pump House areas complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old/ unserviceable UG cable of any description of size upto 50 Sqmm 2/3.5/4 core complete all as directed. Note:- Excavation / Earth work , sand & Brick shall be measured and paid seprate under relavent items.ii) New Cable shall be used if required at site and paid separetly under respective items.

Relaying the serviceable cable taking out from item No 6 in same or other places after tracing out the fault with the help of megger and rectifying the defects. Note: (i) Straight through joint shall be measured and paid seprate under relevent item of schedule.

Supply and Laying in repair XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric under ground cable aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade in trenches/on pole through sleeves etc. of 10 Sqmm 4 Core complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix heat shrinkable type straight through cable joint kit for 1.1 KV grade cable complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 10/16 Sqmm 2/4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix heat shrinkable type straight through cable joint kit for 1.1 KV grade cable complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 25/35/50 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 9 & 10 : (i)The suitable excavation shall done by the contractor for making the cable jointing kit and make the cable functional. (ii) Excavation, returning filling and removing shall be measured and paid seperately under the relevant items.

Taking out short circuited / burnt out existing aluminium/copper wire and supply & replace weather proof PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor1.5 Sqmm flat / round,three core 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fabrication in repair of street light junction box of size 350 x240 x115 mm inner dimension made out of MS Sheet 2 mm thick with hinged doors, locking arrangements horizontal / vertical operated with 6 amps MCB SP, along with provision of 04 Nos aluminium bus bar of capacity 40 Amps and including 25mm x3mm MS flat iron clamps duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed including dismantling of existing unserviceable box complete all as specified and directed. . Note : MS clamp shall be measered and paid separetly under respective item

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and n exc 1.50m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying cables, erection of poles complete all as specified.

Material & labour for cooling tower cleaning with chemical (sulphuric acid) and including Painting on cooling water condenser lines of chiller & cooling tower structure of by preparation of old painted surfaces, removing dust and other deposited materials by scrapping from cooling structure along with water lines and painting of structure with two coat of mint green paint over a Coat of red oxide primer with Synthetic Enamel Paint (First Grade/quality) from ground including writing 50 mm size figure/letter over blue,black on body for making data entry complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair and rewinding of cooling tower fan motor of capacity 5HP after taking out from its existing location, transporting to work shop, removing defective burnt wiring, rewinding of motor with new copper wire of suitable gauge including replacement of insulation paper, baking, heating , varnishing of winding, replacement of bearing, any machining and lath work as required, replacement of hardware as required etc and refixing it in existing location, testing comissioning complete up to the satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Material & labour for filling Refrigerant R134a for top up (62 kg cylinder) as per required pressure.

Supply & fix in repair Flow switch removing and fiiting of chilled water & codenser water line

Supply and fixing drier filter in repair with case replacing including dismantling the unsv filter kept for credit Make- OEM

Supply and fixing oil filter dryer of both refrigerant circuit for chiller No. 1, & 2 in repair including dismantling the unsv filter kept for credit ,Make-OEM

M&L for complete servicing of chiller starter unit installed in panel with spare parts including repair/replacement of burnt internal wiring 4with suitable size of copper lugs and 4/6 sqmm of PVC FRLS copper wire unit including replacement of defective parts as under and testing comissioning of plant after replacement of spares completed all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
