CS structure and equipment supports: Supply / procurement, erection fabrication, installation of structural sections (for fabrication of pipe supports etc.) like Angle, channel (ISMC, ISA) , rods, plates etc., conforming to IS 2062 grade BR, handling transportation, marking, cutting, drilling, Rolling, fit-up, welding, fabrication and installation as per tender drawings/approved fabrication drawing. Scope also include supply of U clamps, nuts, washers and required shim plates of SS 304 required for holding the pipes on pipe support. Welding shall be carried out using SMA welding process with E7018 electrodes for CS-CS of approved make as per approved procedure. The Liquid Penetrant Examination shall be carried out on final pass of weld after thorough cleaning. Supply and painting of supports with two coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer and two coats of Epoxy paint conforming to IS 2074 is also, in supplier's scope.

Taking delivery from stores (FIM), handling, transportation and installation of equipment such as blowers etc. as per approved drawing and technical specification. The payment will be made only after the final alignment, grouting and installation. Supply of grout cement is also, in the scope of supplier. Scope of this work also includes supply of SS shims, SS/CS Bolts & Nuts, Check nuts and washers, tightening of bolts / studs, washers, nuts and screws and seal welding of Nuts for equipment alignment. Handling of equipment using hoists / chain pulley blocks and skid-roller before final alignment, etc. are also in the scope of this work.

SS Piping Erection: Erection of SS304L Piping of sizes from 15NB to 100NB. The job involves study of piping GA drawing, identification of source and destination, taking site measurements, incorporating the required changes in GA drawings, preparation & approval of pipe spool (isometric) drawings, identification of all materials, complete handling, transportation, detergent washing, acid cleaning & passivation, rinsing, marking, cutting of pipes and existing blinds of pipe EPs, edge preparation, fit-up, tack welding, alignment, complete erection etc and readying the same for GTAW welding as per approved spool drawings and specification.

Radiographic quality butt welding of stainless steel pipes & pipe fittings by GTAW process using full high purity Argon gas (99.995% min) for shielding & back purging, Liquid Penetrant Examination for root & final weld and local passivation of the weld joints as per approved procedure and technical specifications. Payment will be made on the basis of Inch – Dia. of weld joints. It will be made after satisfactory completion and acceptance of weld joints (X-Ray/ Gamma Ray examination),

Fillet welding of stainless steel pipes & pipe fittings (Flanges etc.) by GTAW process using full high purity Argon gas (99.995% min) for shielding, Liquid Penetrant Examination for root & final weld and local passivation of the weld joints as per approved procedure and technical specifications.

Radiographic examination (10% joints) of pipes joints as per approved procedure and technical specification. This includes supply of required quality & sizes of radiography films, identification of joints as per the weld joint list, taking of gamma exposure, development of the exposed films and its internal review. (Note: The weld joints found acceptable after radiography test shall only be considered for the payment purpose).

Hydro testing - DM Water Hydro Test for lines after completion of piping work to all pipes loops as per approved procedures. Involves isolation by welding or blinding at flange or threaded caps, fabrication of test setup, repair for leakages and restoration of system after the test. The blind caps etc. required are to be supplied by the contractor.

Procurement and supply of 100NB Sch10 Stainless Steel (SS-304L, IGC tested) welded (ERW) pipe as per ASTM A 312 Gr. TP304L and dimensions as per ASME B 36.19 with 10 % radiography, 100 % hydrolested.

Elbow: 100 NB Sch.10, EL(90) LR, ASTM A 403 WP 304L,BW, ASME B 16.9

TEE: 100 NB Sch. 10, EQUAL TEE ASTM A 403 WP 304L BW ASME B 16.9

Procurement, supply, erection and installation of 100 NB double eccentric, wafer type, pneumatically operated S.S. butterfly valves (with soft seating) of ANSI CL-150 rating along double acting actuator, IGC tested class 150 stainless steel (SS 304L) counter flanges as per ASME B16.5, limit switches, solenoid valves and manual override, nuts, bolts, gasket etc. as per technical specification. The make of the valve shall be of L&T Valves/Bray India/Fishers(Emerson)/Micro Finish/EloMatic.

Procurement, supply, concrete drilling, fixing, erection and installation of Anchor Bolts of HILTI / Fischer make in the sizes of M12 x 100 mm GI Anchor Fasteners of HSL-4G as per ASTM F1554 Gr 55 along with nuts and washers with relevant material test certificates, preparation of MIC, handling, transportation, marking the location of anchors on RCC walls / floor / roof, drilling holes using hammer type / core-cutting type drilling machines, cleaning of holes and installation of Anchors for fixing carbon steel plates at required locations as per the manufacturer’s specifications.

Core cutting in RCC slab / wall at given location of 150 mm diameters and different lengths, with rotary drilling, either by pneumatic machines or by electrical machines, at all elevations / positions without disturbing adjacent structures etc., for horizontal and vertical surface as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Rates to include all labour, tools, tackles, consumables, scaffolding & staging etc.

Making cutouts in 200mm thick block wall at given location of different sizes either by pneumatic machines or by electrical machines, at all elevations / positions without disturbing adjacent structures etc., for horizontal and vertical surface as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Rates to include all labour, tools, tackles, consumables, scaffolding & staging etc.
