REPAIR / REPLACEMENT TO KOTA FLOORING ,GRANITE, JOINERY ITEMS AND CERTAIN OTHER MISC B/R ITEMS IN COOK HOUSE, DINNING HALL AND CONNECTED OTM ACCN OF AOR OF AGE B/R NRC AT ARTY CENTRE UNDER GE NRC

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (But not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 600x600 mm or above (or equivalent area in rectangular size), 10 mm thick double charged vitrified tiles (soluble salt not acceptable) as in flooring, laid in any shape/pattern over and including 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:6 as in floors.

M&L for Non-skid coloured ceramic joint free tiles 400x400x7 to 8 mm thick or above size (square/rectangular) in flooring etc. laid over screed bed 15 mm thick in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match.

M&L for Non-skid coloured ceramic joint free tiles 600x600x7 to 8 mm thick or above size (square/rectangular) in flooring etc. laid over screed bed 15 mm thick in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match.

M&L for colour glazed cermic tiles 300x450x7mm thick or above size in vertical surface, set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed with coloured cement to match laid over and including rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 as in backing coat on fair surfaces of brick wall. Note for item No 2 to 5: Screed bed & plastering will not be measured and paid seperately and is deemed tobe included in the quoted rate

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm stone aggregate) as in levelling course to flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 as in backing coat plaster on surfaces of brick masonary or stone masonary surfaces complete all as specifed and directed

Dismantling of stone slabs of any descripation or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specifed and directed

M&L for 18 mm thick Granite (jet black) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in CM 1:4, including pointing in white cement 1:2, using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hand cut cudappa stone slab 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete.
