Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Machine Room Less electric traction type Lifts of 6 passengers, 408 KG Capacity, 3 Stops, 3 openings and entrance at front side on all the serving floors, automatic side opening Stainless Steel Hairline finish door, car enclosure provided with Stainless Steel Hairline finish panel on sides and with travel height of 12 mtrs. (Approx). and type suitable for operation on 415 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply, having AC Variable Voltage and Variable Frequency type traction control, minimum speed of 1 Mtr/sec, electromagnetic brake system, simplex mode operations, operating panel with luminous buttons, overload warning indicator, battery operated alarm bell, LED type emergency light, intercom suitable for hook up to AAI’s EPABX, infrared ray sensing door protection for full height, reverse phase relay on controller, fireman’s switch at ground floor, digital car positions indicator in car and at all positions indicator in car and at all floors with UP / DOWN direction, light fixtures, ventilation fan, etc complete with all accessories including Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) and Manual Rescue Devie (MRD) in the event of power failure etc., as required. The traction motor of machine room less Lift shall be of gearless type and placed inside the Lift hoist way.

SH-II- Cable supply & laying, Earthing, etc.
Supply of 4 core, 16 Sq.mm, Aluminium Power Cables, multi stranded conductor, XLPE Insulated, Armoured, FRLS at outer sheathed,1100V grade as per IS 7098(Part 1) 1988.
Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade Upto 35 sq. mm in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.
Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle) on wall surface as required.
Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4 X 16 sq. mm (28mm) PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.
Supplying and laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required.
Providing, laying and fixing 50 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required
Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.
Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.
Supplying and fixing 6 way, Double door, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)
Supplying and fixing of 4 way (4 + 12), Double door, surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A, tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer) as required. (Note : Vertical type MCB TPDB is normally used where 3 phase outlets are required.)
Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load Triple pole and neutral in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.
Supplying and fixing single pole blanking plate in the existing MCB DB complete etc. as required.
SH-III- Civil Works
Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar
Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.
Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)
Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.
Dismantling of manhole including R.C.C. top slab, C.I. cover with frame, including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: Rectangular manhole 90x80 cm and 45 cm deep
Dismantling C.I. or asbestos rain water pipe with fittings and clamps including stacking the material within 50 metres lead : 75 to 80 mm dia pipe.

Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

SH-V- All-Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (AICMC of Lifts) Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of all lifts covered under this contract (i.e. SH-I Items no. 1.01 & 1.02) at INA Colony including providing and replacement of defective components, routine, breakdown and preventive maintenance as per OEM recommendation, including repair/ replacement of worn out items with minimum downtime and warranty & guarantee of repaired/ replaced items after completion of one year guarantee period.
