WORK OF DISMANTLING AND SHIFTING OF OLD 40 MVA TRANSFORMER AND SHIFTING , ERECTION , CENTRIFUSING OF NEW 63 MVA TRANSFORMER AND OTHER ASSOCIATED WORK AT 132 KV S/S KASIA, KUSHINAGAR UNDER ETD I , GORAKHPUR

Partly drain out the Transformer oill up to required level from main tank for opening of electrical connection ,earthing,juper etc at 132 kv s/s Kasia

Complete safe dismanting of the accessories of 132 /33 kv Used 40 MVA T/F-I (TAL Make ) including opening of jumpers,removal of earthing,opening of cable connection,oil pipe,Bushing,Cooling fan Marshaling Box,s,conservator tank,HV side LA ,Turret etc with proper stacking,blanking plate including bolts &nuts shall be provided by the contractor.

Dismentaling and shifting of Used 40MVA T/F-I RTCC Panel from C&R Room including necessary Disconnection of control cables including identifaction of cable for necessary future connection and shifting the same at proper placed/store .Also Re-connection of RTCC panel,Marshaling box cable after Erection of New 63 MVA T/F as per direction of site engineer

Packing and placing in store of HV/LV/Neutral bushing of 40MVA T/F-I in New 63MVA T/F empty wooden carets at 132 KV S/S Kasia Kushinagar

Shifting of Used 40 MVA T/F-I from plinth to safe place up to 20 Mtrs Distance including turning to main tank if required .Including all T&P and work required to complete the job satisfactrily.

Additional shifting 30 mtr.@ 5mtr per job

Dismantling of used 36 KV CT(800-400/1A) of 40MVA T/F-I with the help of derrick pole ,pulley and rope arrangement ,shifting and dragging of used CT from working site to store. All cost of men T&P etc provided by contractor at his own cost for completion of work.(400109)

Compete erection of New 36 KV CT(1600-1250/1A) at 63MVA T/F-I LV side with the help of derrick pole ,pulley and rope ,skilled labour and T&P to complete the work satisfactory at 132 KV S/S Kasia. (200076)

Shifting of main tank of 63MVA, 132/33KV M/S make power transformer (ESD-) from stacking place to Erection point upto 20 mtr ,turning of tank if required, including all T&P, men and all other works required to complete the job satisfactorly at 132KV Substation Kasia,Kushinagar under ETD- I Gorakhpur.

Additional shifting 30 mtr.@ 5mtr per job

Complete, erection of 63 MVA T/F by erection of conservator tank, radiator,all bushing with its turrets (if available), connecting of all oil pipe line, erection of cooling fans, buchholz relay,HV Side LA etc. for completing the work, topping of Transformer oil and final oil filling in tank, radiator, conservator tank and all other associates work for completion of work.All T&P provided by contractor free of cost.

Earthing of Main tank of 63 MVA T/F-I,RTCC panel,Marshaling box by using M.S flat 50x6/75x10 mm size its jointing with already laid earthmat/deltas prepairing Neutral bushing support(if required) for its earthing including all work.

Jumpring of 63 MVA T/F-I HV/LV side cutting of conductor and tightening of conductor with connector

Centrifuging of complete Transformer oil in Transformer by connecting centrifuging pipes circulating the Transformer oil through PVT. Centrifuging machine and taking the BDV value of the oil periodically till the required value is achieved. (oil capacity App. 20 KL.)

Transformer oil sample collection testing of transformer oil at CPRI or any other NABL Accredited testing Lab including cost of Transportation of each sample in standard sampling bottles
