Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand (M Sand) under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 M sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete below and above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 M sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates, Template, gazette plate, etc complete.

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Aluminium Composite Panel(ACP) direction board (letters on Single side) of various sizes & shape for the list of boards of all colours as per the requirement of CLRI with 50mm thick Internal box framework made of 50mm x 25mm x 2.6mm Galvanized Iron tubes including required structural bracing as per structural requirement, and covered with root cut 3mm Exterior ACP sheet (MAPL/Aludecor) and 2mm imported acrylic all around with Vinyl cut letters as per the list of boards. The box projection to be 25mm-50mm as per the size of the board from background. Work includes preparation of working drawing to suit requirement of CLRI and obtain approval before commencement of work. Work includes all necessary miscellaneous works involved complete in all heights, lifts and leads and all as required and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
