Repairs to Table dressing gents : Supply and replacement of following unserviceable items of table dressing gents complete all as shown in drawing in drawing No. FD-231,230,379.

Supply and replacement of mirror with frame : Mirror shall be of 5.00 mm thick duly framed with Ist class well seasoned teak wood and 6 mm thick commercial BWR Plywood on back.

Supply and replacement of top: Top shall be made out or 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior gde one side teak veneer and other side having balancing white lamination duly provided with 4mm thick teak wood edging on front side all as specified and shown on drg.

Supply and replacement of Bottom of table: Bottom shall be made out of 18 mm thick commercial BWR grade particle board.

Supply and replacement of side of table: Sides shall be of 18 mm prelaminated particle board.

Supply and replacement of drawer: Drawer shall be of Ist class teak wood and 12mm thick commercial BWR ply wood on back & as per drg.

Supply and replacement of knob: Knob shall be of 32mm dia MS round chromium plated or brass coated.

Supply and replacement of Channel : Aluminum channel of Size 12 x 22 mm duly fixed with 15mm long GI screws.

Repairs to Table 900 x 900 Steel : Supply and replacement of following unserviceable items of table 900 x 900 steel complete all as shown in drawing No. FD-1009.

Supply and replacement of table top : Supply and replacement of top made out of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board as per drg.

Supply and replacement of hard rubber shoes : Hard rubber shoes shall be of superior quality.

Repairs to Hat Stand : Supply and replacement of following unserviceable items of Hat Stand complete all as shown in drawing No. FD-233.

Removing U/S board of Hat stand and supply & fixing of new prelaminated board 18 mm including teak wood beading all around as per drg.

Removing U/S mirror from Hat stand and supply & fixing of new Mirror 5 mm thick including teak wood beading all around as per drg.

Removing U/S Peg sets from Hat stand and supply & fixing of new Peg Set as per drg.

Removing U/S clip from Hat stand and supply & fixing of new clip on back of Hat Stand Board as per drg.

Repair to Desk with Bench 2 seater (Type-I,II) : Supply and replacement of following unserviceable items complete all as shown in drawing No. TP.

M&L for 25 mm square pipe frame rectangular of size 90x25 cm to support writing top and fixed to base frame with suitable welding including necessary rubber caps to open end of square pipe and including removal of u/s frame of any description.

M&L for writing top 110x40 cm made from 18 mm green panel max Exterior Grade-I Medium Density Fiber (MDF) board both side laminated with colour electric blue fixed to frame with required nuts & bolts all as required or directed by Engr-in-charge including removing of u/s writing top of any description.

M&L for of bag shelf of size 90x25 cm made from 18 mm Green panel max Exterior Grade-I Medium Density Fiber (MDF) board both side laminated with colour electric blue fixing with nuts & bolts with square pipe leg including removing of u/s bag shelf of any description.

M&L for front leg rectangular frame 58/55 cm x 20 cm made from 25 mm square pipe to supporting writing top frame and bag shelf including necessary rubber caps to open end of square pipe all as required and including removing u/s front leg frame of any description.

M&L for front cover 90x 25cm between writing top and bag shelf made from 12 mm Green panelmax Exterior Grade-I Medium Density Fiber (MDF) board both side laminated with colour electric blue fixed with nuts & bolts to front leg frame including removing of u/s front cover of any description.

M&L for base frame rectangular of size 100x90 cm made from 25 mm square pipe to support front & back leg frame fixed with suitable welding and adjustable screw with hard rubber 04 Nos including necessary rubber caps to open end of square pipe as required or directed by Engr-in-charge including removing of u/s base frame of any description.

M&L for back leg frame of size 30x20 cm made from 25 mm square pipe to support desk seat fixed to base fram with suitable welding all as specified or directed by Engr-in-Charge including removing of old u/s back leg frame of any description.

M&L for 25 mm square pipe frame rectangular of size 90x25 cm to support desk seat & fixed to back legs with suitable welding and necessary rubber caps to open end of square pipe all as specified or directed by Engr-in-charge including removing of old u/s square pipe frame from desk seat.

M&L for desk seat of size 100x35 cm made of 18 mm Green panel max Exterior Grade-I Medium Density Fiber (MDF) board both side laminated with colour electric blue fixed to back leg frame with nut & bolt all as specified or as directed by Engr-in-charge including removing of old u/s desk seat of any description.

M&L for back support frame rectangular of size 100x40 cm made from 25 mm square pipe, fixed to seat frame with suitable welding including necessary rubber caps to open end of square pipe all as required or as directed by Engr-in-charge and including removing of old u/s back support frame of any description.

M&L for back support of size 110x20 cm made from 18 mm Green panel max Exterior Grade-I Medium Density Fiber (MDF) board both side laminated with colour electric blue, fixed to back support frame with nut & bolts all as specified or as directted by Engr -in-charge including removing of old u/s back support.

Replacement of 25 mm square pipe upto 90 cm length at any portion/location of existing bench including necessary welding and removing of unserviceable pipe etc.

Scrapping/Cleaning and removing old rusted paint from Desk with Bench (Type -II) steel and painting the Desk complete by spray paint with two coats of Gray synthetic enamell paints over one coat of Red oxide primer.

Repair of GI Charpoy Iron Pipe Folding Pipe 32 mm with hardtop /plywood top in drawing No. FD- 1003.

Supply & fixing of 7 layer 12mm BWR ISI marked plywood of required size as per drawing and directed by Engr in Charge.

Welding in 18 gauge MS conduit pipe where necessary complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & replacement of following unserviceable items of Bed Hard wooden plywood top complete all as shown in drawing No. FD-246.

12mm BWR ISI marked plywood top with edging of required size as per drawing.

Head rest made out of 1st class hard teak wood with 4mm thick teak facing ply as per drg.

Foot rest made out of 1st class hard teak wood with 4mm thick teak facing ply as per drawing.

Long rail made out of 1st class teak wood all as per drawing.

Repair of GI Charpoy Pipe 32 mm with hardtop /plywood top as shown in drawing No. FD-220.

Supply & fixing of 7 layer 12mm BWR ISI marked plywood of size 6’6”x3’ all as per drawing and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply & fixing of stiffener of size 40mmx06mm MS flat iron of 85cm (+/- 2cm) length with three holes of size 10mm (One in the centre and one each on both side of centre hole at a distance of 12’’) duly spray painted 2 coat over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling of u/s GI long rail of 32 mm dia from charpoy GI pipe 32 mm dia, supply and fixing of new GI long rail of 32 mm dia medium grade ISI marked both end threaded and fixed all as shown on drawing.

M&L for dismantling of u/s GI short rail of 32 mm dia from charpoy GI pipe 32 mm dia, providing by cutting, threading both end and forming of short rail from retrieved of 32 mm dia GI long rail obtained from item Sl No 7.03 above and all as shown on drawing.

M&L for dismantling of u/s GI leg 32 mm dia from Charpoy GI pipe 32 mm dia, providing by cutting, threading one end and forming of leg from retrieved 32 mm dia GI short rail obtained from item No 7.03 and 7.04 Welding of 3 mm thick 50 mm dia MS plate to the bottom, face of the leg & 25 x 3 mm flat iron made to shape and size of clamp with 16 guage washer at the bottom of clamp for fixing MNF set incl painting two coats of black Japan synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer and rest as shown on drg.

M&L for dismantling of u/s GI elbow 3 way of 32 mm dia from charpoy GI pipe 32 mm dia, supply and fixing by new GI elbow 3 way of 32 mm dia medium grade with ISI marked shall be provided as shown on drawing.

M&L for dismantling of u/s GI check nut 32 mm dia from charpoy GI pipe 32 mm dia, supply and fixing of new GI check nut 32 mm dia 6 mm thick of best quality as shown on drawing.

Supply and replacement of Hardwood blocks made out of 1st Class hard wood.

Conversion of Charpoy GI Pipe 32 mm Newar to Charpoy GI 32mm plywood top as shown in draing No. FD-220.

(i) Removing old, torn Nylon Newar from existing charpoy GI pipe. (ii) Supply of 7 layer 12mm BWR ISI marked plywood of size 6’6”x3’. (iii) Supply of 03 (Three) nos of extra stiffener of size 40mmx06mm MS flat iron of 85cm( +/- 2cm) length with three holes of size 10mm (One in the centre and one each on both side of centre hole at a distance of 12’’). (iv) Fixing of all three M S flat iron stiffener into the exiting gaps between long rails which may vary in each case (one in the centre & other two at 6” distance from each short rails) by welding ensuring that the stiffeners fit tight against the inner walls of both long rail. Care must be taken to ensure that stiffeners & upper crest of GI pipe long rails are at same level.

(v) Fixing of 7 layer12mm BWR of make mentioned in (ii) plywood to the holes made on the M S flat iron stiffener with 9 counter-sunk flat head scres/locks nuts & bolts as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (vi) Corners of plywood shall be rounded off and suitably holed with rose bit to prevent heads of nuts/bolts from protruding out in case bolts other than flat head are used. All four corners & bottoms of plywood to be chiselled/suitably sheared off to the extent to ensure housing of raised portion of elbow and chuk nuts, to make the plywood sit flat on rails & stiffener evenly throughout. Remaining details all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling of u/s GI long rail of 32 mm dia from charpoy GI pipe 32 mm dia, supply and fixing of new GI long rail of 32 mm dia medium grade ISI marked duly both end threaded and fixed all as shown on drawing.

Dismantling of u/s GI short rail of 32 mm dia from charpoy GI pipe 32 mm dia, providing by cutting, threading both end and forming of short rail from retrieved of 32 mm dia GI long rail obtained from item Sl No 8.02 above and all as shown on drawing.

Dismantling of u/s GI leg 32 mm dia from Charpoy GI pipe 32 mm dia, providing by cutting, threading one end and forming of leg from retrieved 32 mm dia GI short rail obtained from item No 8.02 and 8.03. Welding of 3 mm thick 50 mm dia MS plate to the bottom, face of the leg & 25 x 3 mm flat iron made to shape and size of clamp with 16 guage washer at the bottom of clamp for fixing MNF set incl painting two coats of black Japan synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer and rest as shown on drawing.

M&L for dismantling of u/s GI elbow 3 way of 32 mm dia from charpoy GI pipe 32 mm dia, supply and fixing by new GI elbow 3 way of 32 mm dia medium grade with ISI marked shall be provided and rest as shown on drawing.

M&L for dismantling of u/s GI check nut 32 mm dia from charpoy GI pipe 32 mm dia, supply and fixing of new GI check nut 32 mm dia 6 mm thick of best quality as approved by GE and rest as shown on drawing.

Supply and replacement of Gutkha made of 1st class hard wood for legs.

Supply of following items of Sofa Set complete all as shown in drawing No. FD-281, FD-373.

New foam Cushion with 32 density, all as per drawing duly covered with tapestry cloth of best quality as per sample duly fixed with zip all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Removing of old unserviceable tapestry cloth of existing foam cushion and refixing the foam cushion with new tapestry cloth duly stitched as per sample.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of steel furniture and applying a coat of synthetic enamelled paint 1st quality of Olive Green (OG) black on steel surface (inside or outside) by spray Gun Machine complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following items :-

Table 900 x 900 Steel as per drawing No. FD-1009.

GI Charpoy IP Folding Pipe 32 mm with hardtop /plywood top as per drawing No. FD-227.

M&L for cleaning of old polishing surface of wooden furniture by caustic soda as required except the surfaces where in plastic, cane, plywood, particle board, plastic laminated sheet used than smoothing by sand paper (No 80) filling gaps/bore holes with wooden, putty past and rubbing the sufaces again with sand paper (No 120) untill the surface is throughly smooth, plolishing same surfaces with best quality of french polish till required shining shade to following furniture all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-charge:-
