IMPROVEMENT OF IMPHAL PLANNING AREA WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM AT CHINGA WTP AND SINGJAMEI CHANAM PUKHRI MAPAL

Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Trial run of Overhead Tank 15 meter staging height of 0.45 ML capacity including suitable pile foundation with ancillary units etc. complete and as directed by Engineer in charge at Singjamei Chanam Pukhri Mapal

Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of RCC Emergency Reservoir 0.5 ML capacity with pumphouse including site development works, drainage system, compound fencing and Providing/Supplying, installation, Testing and Commissioning of Horizontal Split Casing Centrifugal Pumpsets (Worthington/ Mather Platt/ Kirloskar make) capable of filling 0.45 ML in one and half hours with motors (two working and one standby) i/c electrically operated travelling crane with girder for lifting the pumps with ancillary units, valves, cost of jointing, and other materials complete including trial run and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Procurement, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Energisation of 100 KVA transformer including erection and stringing of necessary HT & LT lines for providing power supply of adequate capacity to operate pumping machineries for the Scheme/Intake, including erection of poles, power cables and other necessary fittings, internal and external lighting, testing with submission of all test reports, civil foundation, earthing, cabling, and allied accessories, with necessary tying up with the Electricity Department for all technical and mandatory requirements/formalities for installation and energisation of transformers and HT/LT lines, complete as per detailed specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The Transformer shall be designed and manufactured conforming to Energy Efficiency Level–2 at basic insulation level as per IS:2026 (Part I & II) with latest amendments and IS:1180 (Part I–2014) with latest amendments, fitted with On-Load Tap Changer (OCTC), initial filling of oil conforming to IS:335–1993, and all necessary fittings and protection devices complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing, Laying of DI clear water mains with DI K9 pipe conforming to IS 12288:2002 specifications including excavation, sand bedding, jointing, backfilling, transporting and necessary road restoration works including providing and laying of DI/CI fittings (specials) and suitable DI/CI valves as per relevant IS codes and construction of masonry chambers including testing of pipe joints, fittings, valves and disinfection of all pipes, trial run, commissioning etc. complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge 300 mm dia - 1370 Rm

Providing, Laying of DI distribution network with DI K7 pipe conforming to IS 12288:2002 specifications including excavation, sand bedding, jointing, backfilling, transporting and necessary road restoration works including providing and laying of DI/CI fittings (specials) and suitable DI/CI valves as per relevant IS codes and construction of masonry chambers including testing of pipe joints, fittings, valves and disinfection of all pipes, trial run, commissioning etc. complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge 300 mm dia - 1550 Rm 200 mm dia - 1055 Rm

(i) Providing, Laying of DI distribution network with DI K7 pipe conforming to IS 12288:2002 specifications including excavation, sand bedding, jointing, backfilling, transporting and necessary road restoration works including providing and laying of DI/CI fittings (specials) and suitable DI/CI valves as per relevant IS codes and construction of masonry chambers, anchor blocks including testing of pipe joints, fittings, valves and disinfection of all pipes, trial run, commissioning etc. complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at Chinga Water Treatment Plant. 350 mm dia - 60 Rm 250 mm dia - 110 Rm 200 mm dia - 166.00 Rm 150 mm dia - 396.00 Rm 100 mm dia - 185.00 Rm

(ii) Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing, Commissioning of RCC Rapid Sand Filter House 1.14 MLD capacity with proper backwash, underdrainage system, filter media conforming to IS 8419 part 1 and part 2, IS 17955, CPHEEO manuals and other relevant codes and any other ancilliary units and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(iii) Design, Drawing, Construction of Retaining wall 50m total length at Chinga WTP conforming to relevant IS codes and as directed by Engineer in charge

(iv) Design, drawing, Construction, Commissioning of RCC Pump House and Providing/Supplying, installation, Testing and Commissioning of Horizontal Split Casing Centrifugal Pumpsets (Worthington/ Mather Platt/ Kirloskar make) capable of filling 1.5 ML in four hours with motors (two working and one standby) i/c electrically operated travelling crane with girder for lifting the pumps with ancillary units, valves, cost of jointing, and other materials complete including trial run and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
