Labour Charges for providing bored cast – in – situ RCC piles of 450 mm dia to the required depth from the existing ground level including boring through ordinary soil other than soft rocks hard stratum and providing arrangements for concreting by tremie pipe method as per ISI 2911 excluding the cost of concrete, steel ad fabrication of reinforcement in position but including the cost of mobilization charges bentonite solution, clearing the removal mud away from the vicinity of the site and hire charges of all other tools and plants and rig required for the work etc., complete in all respect as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Test of single pile under routine load test for safe load from 550KN to 1050KN, test load as per clause 4.2.3.9 of IS 2911-Pt-IV as per the testing inclusive all charges for extension or cutting of pile that may be necessary erecting loading platform in the manner acceptable and approved by departmental officer with labour and other incidental charges for loading and unloading test load and hire charges and all other incidental charges for conducting test including retaining the test load for 24hours at 100% capacity test certificate and calibration charges for pressure gauge are to be produced to the Executive Engineer, Executive Engineer in charge before commencing day of test, calibration of pressure gauge has to be done before taking up the Ist load test in every site of work for piles of 450 mm with test load, etc complete in all respects as directed by departmental officers.

Earth work excavation for foundation with all intial leads and lifts in all soils and sub soils and to the required depth as may be directed except hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not exceeding 15cm thick well consolidated depositing the surplus earth in places shown and levelling the site with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects.

Filing in foundation and basement with M-Sand in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick well watered rammed and consolidated complying with relevant standard specification including the cost of Supplying M-Sand etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (One of cement, four of sand and eight of hard broken stone) using 40mm size hard broken stone inclusive of shoring, strutting, bailing out water, ramming, curing etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying of Ready Mix Concrete M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 400 kglms and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of M-Sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including the cost of conveyance from plant to site,pumping,hire charges, laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying fabricating and placing the following kinds of steel grills for reinforcement Fe 500D Grade steel reinforcement bars as per IS 786:1979 for all reinforced cement concrete works such as plinth beam, lintels, beams, sunshade, roof and floor slabs etc., including cost of steel and fabricating the reinforcement grills in position etc., complete in all respect as directed by the departmental officer ( In all floors) (The rate to include the cost of binding wire steel also, steel rods for all sizes).

Providing form work for centering, shuttering etc., for all reinforced concrete work like slab, beams, lintels, loft etc., including shuttering, upto 3.00m high using MS sheet of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10, stiffened with MS angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5 cm (Spaced about 91cm center to center) distance and supported by casurina props of size 10cm-13cm dia (spaced at 75 cm center to center) and removing the same after a specified period without damaging RCC works in all floors etc., complete as directed by the departmental officer. (Footing, grade beam and plinth beam etc.,)

Masonry work using Autoclaved Aerated cement blocks of size 600 x200 200 mm in cement mortar 1:6 (one oc cement six of sand) for super structure in all floors including fixing frames of door and windows, proper setting curing etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing 7.5cm thick stair case parapet wall using using II class ground moulded chamber moulded burnt bricks in cement mortor 1:4 (one of cement and four of sand ) and plastering the hand rail portion only with red oxide plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (one of cement four of sand) 20mm thick using 9.80kg of red oxide powder per 10m2 and plastering either side of parapet with cement mortar 1:4 (one of cement and four of sand ) 20mm thick including providing skirting, finishing smooth in all floors etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the walls with cement mortar 1:5, (One of cement and five of sand) 12mm thick including providing band cornice curing etc., Complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers

Special ceiling plastering for all RCC works in cement mortar 1:3 (One of cement and three of P-Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the RCC surface, providing necessary water band using the same mix of mortar wherever necessary proper finishing, curing, scaffolding etc., complete with relevant standard specification, complete in all respect as directed by the departmental officer.

Dadoing the walls with first quality colour glazed tiles of size 150×150×6mm of approved quality and make and laid in cement mortar 1:2 (one of cement and two of sand), 10mm thick and pointing with white cement neatly as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the walls with two coats of approved cement paint over one coat of primaring coat of cement paint including the cost of paint, brush, scaffolding etc,. Complete in all respect as directed by the departmental officers

White washing two coats using clean shell lime including the cost of lime, gum, brushes and scaffolding etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best quality of stain free nano polish Vitrified tiles of size 600mm x 600mm x 8mm thick and laying over bed of cement mortar 1:3( one of cement and three of M-sand) , 20mm thick including cutting and laying and pointing with white cement with colouring pigment to match the tile, colour and providing skirting to the required size etc complete in all respect as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing of Oriya type Indian water closet 20" or 50cm size with 'P' or 'S' trap ( white glazed earthern ware of best approved) including concrete packing filling the portion with filling sand, flooring the same area with 7.5cm thick brick jelly lime concrete 32:12-1/2 ( Thirty two of broken brick jelly and twelve and half of lime) No sand using 20mm size brick jelly and plastering the surface with cement mortar 1:4 ( one of cement and four of sand) 12mm thick with anti-syphonage connection etc., complete in all respects ( IN GROUND FLOOR)

Supplying and fixing in position indian make white glazed earthen ware lipped mouth Porceline flat back urinal of best approved quality with GI pipe connection of sutable lenth 32mm bell mouthed PVC connestion, 15mm dia GM wheel valve, 15mm dia B Class GI waste atter pipe, 15mm Nyloc connection, 15mm dia brass nipple etc., fixng the urinal to the wall in position with necessary TW plugs, clamps, shellac etc., includin dismantling masonory if necessary and redoing the same to original condition fixing the 15mm dia GI pipe and whell valve. (The mirror should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on woks)

Providing and Apllying high performance solar reflective & Acrylate silicon based Waterproofing coating which is single component, cold applied, water based acrylic and UV resistant water proofing treatment to the Existing roof screed surface applied @ 1.5 l/m2 in 3 coats to achieve 1mm DFT, having tensile strength 2N/mm2 confirming to ASTM D 412: Elongation at break > 200% abrasion resistance 21mg confirming to ASTM D 4060 and crack bridging ability up to 2 mm, including surface preparation, priming the surface with 1 coat diluted with water in the ratio 2:1 spreading @ 0.125 L/m2 as self priming coat in the SSd condition and spreading 45gsm glass fibre mesh of 2.5 mm X 2.5mm sandwiched between the first and second coat completely as per specification. The finished cost to include surface preparation making coving at Junction, treatment of cracks completely as per specification.

Construction of inspection chamber 0.60M X 0.60 M for the following depth brick jelly cement concrete 1:5:12 1/2 ( One of cement and five of M sand twelve and half of broken brick jelly) using 40mm size brick jelly 15cm thick for foundation 23cm thick Fly Ash brick masonry wall in CM 1:5 (one of cement and five of M sand ) using Fly Ash bricks of size 23x11x7cm and inside plastering with 1:3 (one of cement and three of P sand) 12mm thick including channelling, benching, etc. and top covered with SFRC (medium duty) cover slab and fixing in position and necessary earth work excavation, refilling the sides of foundation in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers. (Average Depth of .60m)

Suplying and fixing UPVC (Un - Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58 mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/ 1 mm 125 GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all edges of frame and shutter the shuttter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned .Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action ,security protective hinges ,strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window . The window should be fixed be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames .The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

Supplying and fixing the UPVC (Un-Plasticized polyvinyl chloride) louvered ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free,the profile are multi chambered sections with wall sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Supplying and fixing of solid PVC door shutter using 19 gauge size of 19mm x 19mm and covered with heat moulded PVC channel of 5mm thick and width of 50mm to form styles and rails. The inner panel should be inserted between the frame with 6mm thick PVC rigid foam sheet welded/sealed to the styles and rails along with 5mmx25mm PVC beading on all and either sides.
