Supply, installing, testing & commissioning silent diesel Engine driven Generating Set 415Volts, 3 Phase 4 wire, engine Liquid cooled as per IS-10001/10002 and Alternator as per IS:13364 complete with relay panel for Automatic starting 'ON' main failure, control panel having meters, sound proof canopy etc as per manufactures design of capacity 62.5 KVA comprising the following components:- (a) Diesel Engine developing 83 BHP, 1500 RPM inclusive of the following standard accessaries.

(i) Radiator/Radiator fan (ii) Coupling (iii) Fly wheel (iv) Fly wheel housing complete with starter gear ring and coupling (v) Fuel Pipes (vi) Air Cleaner (vii) Fuel & Lub Oil filter (Full floor cartridge type) (viii) By pass filter (ix) Fuel Pump (x) Asbestose rope (xi) Water pump (xii) Lub Oil Pump(Gear type) (xiii) Electri Starter DC (xiv) Battery Charging generating (DC Alternator) (xv) Industrial Silencer (xvi) Lub Oil cooler

(xvii) Flexible Pipe for silencer (xviii) DC volt meter (xix) Water temperature Gauge, Lub oil Pressure Gauge (xx) Speedo meter and Engine running hours meter (xxi) Display for fault (xxii) Suitable size of turbo charger as per manufactures design (b) Synchronous alternator 62.5 KVA 1500 RPM, 380-440 Volts 50 Hz, 3 phase 4wire system, self excited, self regulated confirming to IS-4722 of 1992 voltage regulation 1.5% class of regulation H class regulation within 1% from no load to full load and from hot to cold Alternator. (c) Acoustic enclosure with natural air circulation without loss of any power for ventilation fan. The enclosure shall be modular in construction with hinge bolted structure to provide easy dismantling and shall be made out of high quality CRCA sheet steel of 1.6mm thick with sufficient accessories for maintenance work, open able and lockable door with air tight rubber gasket, interior lighting arrangement (01 Nos 20 Watts LED with on/off switch) to meet latest emission norms.

(d) Fuel tank suitable capacity. (e) Base frame made out of suitable channel duly reinforced and provided with adequate numbers of anti-vibration pads to ensure minimum vibration as recommended by manufacturers. (f) Battery 12 Volts 120 AH, leads. Notes:- (i) Load test will be carried out after installation in the presence of testing officer. (ii) The DG set shall be tested by the contractor in presence of the accepting officer's representative/ IEM & Engineer-in-charge without any extra cost and the quoted rates are deemed to be included for all these aspects. (iv) Payment of DG Set's will be made after satisfactory testing.

M&L for earthing complete for DG SET with GI earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below from ground level connected to GI strip 32x6mm by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of copper, PCC (concrete chamber) 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate copy shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel wiht wire gauge of 22 gauge (0.68mm) 8 mesh per liner inch, 50 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm four MS bars @ 80mm centre to centre both ways and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) and specified including provision of earth wire protected by 15mm dia medium grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 40 mm bore medium grade, all excavation and earth work & connectiing the earthing to an earthing test point as specified and testing on complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 'off load' changeover switch 415 volts 4 pole 100 Amps including incoming, out going connection with proper copper/aluminium lugs and including 1.5 meter cable for each phase and jointing material complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing of XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, strip/wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Excavating in over area and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation , and getting out in any type of rocky/hard soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m in length and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for DG set foundation including form work complete all as specified and as directed.
