Carry out application of ‘Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor' EPCO-KP-100 on concrete surface. This inhibitor has migratory kind of property which permits the material to migrate to a virtual extent of 100 mm, through pores of concrete, inhibiting the corrosionand de-passivating the Electro-chemical reaction. It has property to attack anode as well as cathode, which is purely alkaline in nature (pH-9.5), so it has no carcinogen activity with concrete Note : The quoted rate deemed to be included necessary scaffolding and safety arrangements upto 15-20m height

Drilling and fixing Teflon nozzles in RC members, including, Drilling Holes:Drilling 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 300 to 500mm in staggered manner or as directed by the consultants in RC structural element. Cleaning of Holes: Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. Fixing of nozzles: Insert 12mm dia. Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing.Cure the system for min.12 hrs. Cutting of nozzles: Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. Grouting Injecting Super low viscosity epoxy resin by pressure and using injector with accessories till nozzles refused to accept the grout, Including, Mixing of materials: Mixing material components in required quantities as per mfg instruction by weigh batching. Grouting: Fill the grouting gun with material, Maintain desired pressure in the gun by air compressor maintain the pressure at exit (3 to 4 kg/Cm2) by monitoring pressure gauge at exit. Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements still its refusal. Seal the nozzle with Non shrinking Epox putty after the refusal. 1)M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hr between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.) 2)M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using Corroseal - ZR of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. i) Dismantling completely existing roof treatment (excluding cement screed bed ) including loosened cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab and making good the same in CM 1:4 and removing rubbish, etc outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge ii) M & L for APP modified roof treatment over existing roof slab etc to be executed through approved authorised applicator of the membrane manufacturer with the following specifications complete all as specified and directed:- (a) The wall surface shall be throughly wire brushed cleaned to eliminate all sharp projection, washed dried upto and cleaned overall foreign material and dust to receive primer. (b) The dry surface shall be primed with Torch shield primer as per manufacturer’s instructions, manufactured by the same agency as that of APP membrane. (c) Providing and laying APP modified polyester reinforced water proofing membrane with minimum weight of 3.5 Kg/Sqm, as specified here-in-before. (d) The APP membrane shall be laid using torch-on butane application with minimum 10 cm side overlap and 15 cm end overlap. The laying of membrane shall be got done through an authorised applicator of manufacturer of the membrane. (e) The APP membrane shall be taken up to minimum 200 mm on vertical surfaces. The edge of the membrane shall be fixed with termination bar and fasteners and end shall be properly sealed with sealant. (f) The top of App membrane should be applied two coats of aluminium paint completely all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in leveling course over RCC roof/ terrace surfaces to achieve required slope, benching etc including making rounded or chamfered on edges mixed with WPC(water proofing compound) as per manufacturer's instructions, including demolition of old concrete of any description and removing the debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as "supply only".

M & L 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 over the roof surface complete all as specified and directed

Stage 6 Providing 10 mm thick protective plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with STP No. 1 @ 250 ml/50Kg cement all as per manufacturer's instructions. Stage 7 Carry out ponding test for 72 hours to ensure water tightness of repaired sunken portion. Notes: (i) Mode of measurement: Actual area treated (floor and adjoining walls) will be measured and paid.
