Design, construction, erection, testing & commissioning of 12.50 MLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant based on Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) Technology complete in all respect including Landscaping MCC Panel room & all other contingent Electrical, Mechanical, Electromagnetic Flow Measurement Device, Real Time Water Quality Monitoring with Data Collection System (Online analyzer) as per the specification of DNIT flow meter in the DNIT as per site requirement alongwith connection of parameters to the server of HSPCB, CPCB, PHED, Piping & Instrumentation works. With PLC & SCADA Arrangement for STP along with Synchronizing it with each other including furniture & laboratory equipments as per detail given in the bid document and including following components including O&M of 6 years including 12 months defect liability period after 3 months trail run period. 2 No. High Mast of 9 mtr GI Octagonal pole of 4 mm thickness (T=100 mm, B=200mm, Base Plate = 320 x 320 x 20 mm), Window at 500 mm from Base Plate with 6 No. LED energy outdoor suitable size reputed make efficient lamps on each pole, including 20 no. LED outdoor lights with GI poles 7 mtr high including all accessories along the road and path complete in all respect. Supply and installation of 1 No. Main Gate of (MS) 12 ft. wide main gate and 4 ft. wide wicket gate (total weight not less than 500 kg) at STP site. as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge Providing and installing 2 No. centrifuges (1Working + 1 Stand bye) including centrifuge feed pump, all fittings, instrumentations, electric panel board etc. as per design complete in all respect of the NIT, including packing dry sludge in 20Kg Bag and supplying the same Market Kisan Sewa Kendra or as directed by Engineer-in-charge within lead as posited as clause 4.4.5 of NIT including operation and maintenance of 6 years including 12 months defect liability period after 3 months trail run period. Providing and installation of 2 nos. pumping sets of suitable size (1 working and 1 standby) with head 15 mtrs. in chlorination tank to disposed off the treated effluent including all fittings, instrumentations, electric panel board etc. as per design complete in all respect including operation and maintenance of 6 years including 12 months defect liability period after 3 months trail run period.

CCTV CAMERAS Providing and Installing 6 CCTV Cameras 4 Cameras for STP) complete as per satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, within 96 hours of signing the Agreement along with 90 days recording (DVR), 32 inch LED Screen, 16 Channel DVR at STP Site and 8 Channel DVR at Site with connectors, cables, poles and power supply with online real-time output facility. The cameras shall be synchronized at STP site. i) At STP Site- 1 No. PTZ speed dome 360 degree 50X zoom camera, 3 No. 12mm lens size, 1 Nos. 3.6mm lens size. Make: - CP Plus Internet Protocol minimum 5MP WDR, Night vision colour mode 2.4.2 12mm very focal with extra IR, CCTV Cameras should be installed and commissioned before starting execution of work including operation & Maintenance of 5 Years. including 12 months defect liability period after 3 months trail run period.

Construction of HT / LT Panel room, PLC room, Centrifuge house, blower room and Lab cum office building, Staff quarter including doors, windows & fittings with toilet block including all Sanitary fittings etc. with plinth protection 1 mtr wide around the all buildings with 100mm thick CC 1:1.5:3 over 100mm thick CC 1:4:8 at STP site covered area with RCC framed structure of brick work vitrified glazed tiles flooring, powder coated aluminum frame of size 100mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for chowkhat, 75mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for door frame, 45mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for window frame with 5mm thick glass AIS / Saint Gobain / Modi Float as per Covered Area (600 Sqm) including operation & Maintenance of 6 Years including 12 months defect liability period after 3 months trail run period.
