Providing scaffolding inside the bottom ash hopper of the boiler for different works in the furnace bottom ash hopper system
Fabrication of bended liner plate Size : 1500 X 600 mm Plate at head & fixing with mother plate & hard facing
Painting of scrapper conveyor body inner & outer (Both)side with one coat of red oxide primer & two coat of heat resistant paint (Up to 300ºC) of approved color.
Repairing of discharge end flange of bottom ash hopper
Repairing of swing wheel & Bracket of scrapper conveyor
Repairing and straightening of bulged/ eroded scrapper conveyer body
