Dismantling brick work in cement mortar and including stacking of materials as directed be the engineer- in- charge within a distance of 60 meter

Dismantling existing plaster including disposal of refuse materials as directed be the engineer- in- charge within a distance of 60 meter

Excavation of foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 meter and lead upto 30 meter and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of sur-plus earth as directed by the Engineer incharge up to a distance of 30 meters from the foundation trenches.

Centering & shuttering for P.C.C. work including cost of Centering & shuttering complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete with 20-40 mm stone grit approved stone ballast, coarse sand &cement in the proportion of 1:2:4 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools &plants etc. required for proper completion of work.

Centering & shuttering for R.C.C. work including cost of Centering & shuttering up to 3.0 m.

R.C.C. work in Footings with cement approved coarse sand and 10-20 mm cm. stone grit approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and \binding the same with 24 BWG binding wire including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also supply of all materials, labour, Tools &plants etc. required for proper completion of work.

R.C.C. work in Beams and Column with cement approved coarse sand and 10-20 mm guage approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and \binding the same with 24 BWG binding wire including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also supply of all materials, labour, Tools &plants etc. required for proper completion of work.

M-100 brick work in 1 cement & 6 coarse sand 2.20 F.M. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

M-100 brick work in 1 cement & 4 coarse sand 2.20 F.M. mortar in super-structure above plinth level up to top beam including necessary cutting and moulding of brick work as required thickness of wall including supply of all materials labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

P/F 10 mm dia Steel Reinforcement for Reinforced Concrete to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and and over lapping & hooks complete.

P/F 12 mm dia Steel Reinforcement for Reinforced Concrete to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and and over lapping & hooks complete.

12.5 mm thick cement plaster with cement and coarse sand of 2.2 F.M in 1:3 over brick work of half brick wall including supply of all materials labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work

Finishing walls with water-proofing on cement paint of approved make such as super snowcem, durrocem, robiacem, Guttucem, Supreme quality of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (Two coat) over one coat white cement primer to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including curing and cost of materials labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Providing and fixing of M.S angle iron of Y shaped for concertina coil top of Boundary wall (35*35*5) including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Painting Two coat over primer coat (but excluding cost of priming coat on steel and other metal surface including cleaning the surface dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping including cost of material labour Tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work.
