M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside the RCC/ PVC water storage tank of capacity not exceeding 500 Ltr of any description and in any position comprising following cleaning and sterilization of water tanks through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/Inchor-5/NB-10/ TERBAC-G-65/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 AND ULTRA VIOLET RAY. Make: rays Cleantech/ Inus watertech/ satya enterprise. Location: SAA seven stages are as under plants:- (a). First Stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system. (b). Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company ans scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c). Third strage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d). Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is decertification by using TERBAC-G5/ Inohor-5/NB-10 a Govt Laboratory certified brannded halogen compound. (e). Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner. (f) . Sixth stage is the second bacterio screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tnk and kills all suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65/Inoxi-60/NB-69 . NOTE:-(i) COMPANY WILL SUBMIT GOVERNMENT LABORATORY TEST CERTIFICATE OF TERBAC-G5/INCHOR-5/NB-10, TERBAC-G65/ INOXIi-60/NB-69, BEFORE CLEANING, FIX THE STICKER MENTIONING THE DATE OF CLEANING & NAME OF SITE AND ALSO PROVIDE CERTIFICATE CONFIRMING THE COMPLETION OF STERILIZATION OF WATER TANKS MENTIONING THE NAME OF STATION AND DATE OF CLEANING. ALL THE CLEANING & STERILIZATION STAFFS SHOULD BE UNDER ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE COVERAGE) (ii) OUTLET PIPE OF OHT SHOULD BE PLUGGED BEFORE CLEANING THE OHT TO AVOID.ENTERING SCALS AND THE SAME SHELL BE RECONNECTED AFTER CLEANING THE OHT AND THE QUOTED RATE IS DEEMED TO INCLUDE FOR THE ROVISION . (III) STERILIZATION TEAM WILL BE COMPRISED OF AT LEAST 30% MEMBERS WHO ARE MINIMUM 03 MONTS CERTIFICATE HOLDER IN WATER TANKS STERILIZATION. (IV) CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RECTIFICATION OF COMPLAINTS OCCURRED DURING CLEANING THE TANK IE. NO WATER IN TANK/OVER FLOW DUE TO BROKEN OF FLOAT VALVE/ BLOCKAGE TO BE INCLUDED IN QUOTED RATE. NOTE:-THE WORK SHALL BE CARRIED THROUGH SPECILIZED AGENCY RAYS CLEANTECH/ INUS WATERTECH/ SATYA ENTERPRISE.

All as per ser item No 01 above but for of inside the RCC Underground storage tank of capacity 30000 Gln through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/Inchor-5/NB-10/ TERBAC-G-65/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 AND ULTRA VIOLET RAY, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per ser item No 01 above but for of inside the RCC Underground storage tank of capacity 10000 Gln through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/Inchor-5/NB-10/ TERBAC-G-65/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 AND ULTRA VIOLET RAY, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per ser item No 01 above but for of inside the RCC Overhead/Underground storage tank of capacity 50000 Gln through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/Inchor-5/NB-10/ TERBAC-G-65/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 AND ULTRA VIOLET RAY, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply fix in repair Ball brass valves bearing ISI Mark high pressure with polytene float and flynut complete including connection with existing iron pipe and brass ferrule with necessary fittings for iron pipe of 20 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 6 above but for 15 mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down or up 20mm bore GI tubing including cleaning for refixing or removal to store etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old 20mm bore GI tubing and connections in new or old position (wall, ceiling, floor etc), complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down or up 25mm bore GI tubing including cleaning for refixing or removal to store etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old 25mm bore GI tubing and connections in new or old position (wall, ceiling, floor etc), complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L two coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surface over coat of a red oxide including preparation of Surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth,not otherwise described, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing the surface by removing the spalled and loose plaster from existing surface and making it sound and clean by removing all dust particle and washing the surface with jet water. Then allowing the surface to dry and check for any cracks, honeycombing and other foreign particle, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, providing, mixing and laying over the prepared surface with cement mortar of average 15 mm thick or as per requirements in proporting 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Sand) mixed with bonding agent, Nitoband SBR lated @ 5 liter per 50 Kgs of cement and integral waterproofing admixture complast WL of Fosroc Chemicals @ 125 ml per 50 Kg of cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying Nitocote EP405 of Fosroc Chemical, 100% solid, Solvent free Epoxy resin coating for potable water and water retaining structure. The cured film is non-toxic and meets the requirements of IS: 9833-1981. All blow holes and imperfections in the substrate should be filled with Nitocote VF / Nitomortar FC. Coat thickness of 200 micron should be achieved in two coat, (both wrt WFT and DFT), complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work, PCC block masonary, stone masonary or boulder masonry built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old sizes) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L For Rendering 15 mm thick plastering on brick work or concrete surface in CM (1:6) and rendering is to be finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer with alkali resistant priming paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing, precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graged aggregate) as in manholes cover slab, etc.(of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Schedule of credit Rs 45,035.12 will be deducted from total amount quoted while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
