Taking down outdoor unit of Tower Ac/ split AC any make/ model/ capacity and transporting from site to contractor workshop for carrying out repairs and renewal/ replacements of Parts including servicing and liquid soap washing, after repaired the same, transporting back to site, required to make it fully functional reassemble and installation on existing same location with complete all as specified and directed.(Note :- M&L for parts renew/ replacements shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item(s)

Dismantling of defective condensing unit ( outdoor unit) of spilt type AC of 2.0 TR capacity and supply & fixing new condensing unit (outdoor unit) Inverter type (hot & cold) of the same capacity complete with compressor, copper condensing coil, coil frame, wiring kit and running capacitor, relay, condensing motor with blade and including copper tube with puff insulation of suction and discharge suitable size complete all as directed.

Dismantling of defective Voltage Stablizer and supply & fixing new Voltage Stablizer of 5 KVA capacity complete with copper winding power transformer, automatic boost/ buck transformer for low and high voltage with electronic transistorised relay/ time relay for two min , SP, 50 Hz with volt meter indicator digital type and input voltage 140 to 280 and cut up voltage 215 to 240 V all as specified.
