Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation, etc., and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5m depth but not exceeding 3.0m depth for foundation, etc., and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 3.0m depth but not exceeding 4.5m depth for foundation, etc., and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed. Note for Serial Item No '01' to '03' : The excavation for the Earth pits under Serial Item No '01' to '03' is to be carried out manually. Any mechanical means i.e. Hydraulic Excavator etc. shall not be allowed for carrying out the excavation. The Contractor shall quote his rates keeping this aspect in mind.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Copper Earth Plate of size 600mm x 900mm x 3mm thick made with 99.9% pure copper with polished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Copper Strip of size 32 x 3mm made with 99.9% pure copper including bending, cutting, drilling holes, connecting with brazing to Earth Plate Electrode and provision of Brass / Copper nuts, bolts, washers etc. wherever required and making joints all as specified and as directed

Copper Strip of size 25 x 3mm made with 99.9% pure copper including bending, cutting, drilling holes, connecting with brazing to Earth Plate Electrode and provision of Brass / Copper nuts, bolts, washers etc. wherever required and making joints all as specified and as directed

Porcelain / PVC Insulators of size not less than 75mm long and 30mm thick for fixing earthing strips fixed with suitable screws, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling Common Salt in alternate layers in earth pit all as specified and as directed

Supply and filling Charcoal dust in alternate layers in earth pit all as specified and as directed

Supply and filling Magnesium Sulphate in earth pit all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fill earth enhancement compound tested from NABL accredited laboratory, highly conductive, non-corrosive in nature having low water solubility but highly hygroscopic, fully compliant to specifications given in IEC 62561-7:2018 all as directed. Galvanised Iron pipe light grade of 40mm bore dia with all fittings for protection of earthing conductor laid in tranches or fixed to walls with and including suitable size of Flat Iron clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

Galvanised Iron pipe medium grade of 20mm bore dia with all fittings for watering arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. Makes For Serial Item No '14' & '15' : JINDAL PIPES / TATA / BST / PRAKASH SURYA

GI Funnel with wire mesh complete all as specified and as directed.

HDPE / FRP Earth Pit Cover of internal size not less tha 300mm x 300mm with top openable cover with handle hinges on one side and provision for entry / exit of earth strip at side all as specified and as directed. Make : True Power Earthing / Trimurty Earthing / ERICO / Dhruva Tech or equivalent as approved by GE

Notes for Serial Item No '01' to '17' : 1. The maximum length and width of the earth pit will be 1.2m x 1.2m and the depth as actual executed at site will be considered for payment. 2. Each Earthing will be tested in the presence of GE, Engineer-in-Charge and Rep of the user unit. 3. The Test results shall be recorded and shall be preserved duly signed by the Contractor, Engineer-in-Charge and Rep of the the user unit. 4. The Contractor shall get the sample of all the materials approved from GE in presence of Rep of user before placing the order for bulk procurement. 5. The material procured and brought at site by the Contractor shall be got approved from Engr-in-Charge in presence of Rep of User before incorporation in the work
