Amount

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement.

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers.

Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/ masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.)

Stirrer mixed Acrylic Polymer of approved make @ 2% of weight of cement used) modified Cement slurry made with non shrink compound in concrete/RCC work

Providing and applying acrylic polymer modified waterproofing membrane as per following operations in the following sequence.

(i) Scrub and clean the surface to free it from any loose flakes or particles (ii) Cracks other than hairline should be suitably widened,free from loose particle and fill them with mortar(ii)Prepare a slurry consisting Brushband RFX Powder 5kg : Nitobond BBX 1.63 L : to 1L of water or equivalent all as per manufacturers specifications.(ii)Applying the same slurry on slab surface as per manufacturers specification /as per the direction of engineer in charge.(iii)Apply Brushbond RFX in 2 coats to achieve 1mm thickness. (iv)The second coat of Brushbond RFX shall be applied as soon as the first coat has reached touch dry state.
