Item No. 2: Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.(Group B) *For AAI, CISF R.Q/Barrack

Item No. 3: Supplying and drawing of following sizes PVC Sheathed / FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.(For 15/16A,5/6 A Socket Outlet)

FAN / LIGHT

Item No. 5: Dismantling of ceiling fan and painting the same with with one or more coats of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade, including cleaning of surface with detergent and replacing the damaged rubber reel, nuts and bolts with washers and safety pins refixing the same as required.

Item No. 6: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1200 mm sweep BEE 5 Star rated, ceiling fan with Brush Less Direct Current (BLDC) Motor with 3 nos blade, down rod, copper winding etc, Power Factor should not less than 0.9. Air delivery minimum 215 CMM. THD less than 10% with remote control including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required and all remaining accessories including safety pin, nuts bolts, washers etc suitable for 230V 50Hz, single phase AC supply, earthing etc. completed as required.

Item No. 7: Supply of 300 mm sweep 900 RPM (nominal), Heavy Duty Exhaust fan suitable for 230V 50Hz single phase AC supply complete with all accessories including louvers, shutter etc complete as required.

Item No. 8: Installation of exhaust fan in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required.

Item No. 9: Supplying and fixing of 6A brass batten batten/ angle holder suitable for 240V 50Hz, B-22 type including connection etc. as required.

Item No. 10: Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 amps ISI marked ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connection etc as required.

Item No. 11: Supplying and fixing modular 5/6 Amps One way switch on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Item No. 12: Supply and fixing of suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing of 6 pin 15/16A modular socket outlet and 15/16A modular switch connection etc., as required. *For socket outlet.

Item No. 15: Supply Installation Testing and Commisioning of LED light fitting with Wattage of maximum 50W with high power LEDs, system efficacy not less than 110 lumen/watt, suitable optics for uniform light distribution, integral control driver with minimum 3kV surge suppressor, fitting made up of high pressure die-cast aluminium housing with suitable thermal management arrangement, toughened glass with IP 65 protection, 50000 burning hours, suitable to operate on single phase AC supply, inline with technical specifications etc, complete as required. *Flood light.

Item No. 17: Supply Installation Testing and Commisioning of 15W recessed mounted downlighting luminaires with all types of accessories, pressure die-cast aluminium, powder coated white finish with optimized heat sink for efficient heat dissipation and independent electronic LED driver, suitable to operate on single phase AC Supply conforming to relevant IS specification. *Indoor lighting for AAI Community Hall.

Item No. 18: Supply of LED Street Light with Wattage of 45W made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficiency LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having Bottom Opening separate driver compartment with IP66 protection, suitable to operate on single phase AC Supply complete as required.

Item No. 19: Installation of LED Street Light with Wattage of 45W including wiring with 3core 1.5 Sq.mm FRLS wire upto junction box on the existing pole/bracket complete with all connections as required.

Item No. 20: Supplying and fixing of wall mounted 20W LED batten type, 4 feet ultraslim square profile LED lighting fixture having min efficacy 100 lm/W and as per AAI technical specification and approved make with Five (5) Year manufacturer warranty ( for complete assembly) complete with electronic driver, made out of powder coated CRCA/ Aluminium housing with opal/acrylic diffuser suitable for operation on 230V 50Hz single phase AC supply etc. complete as required. * For Residential Quarters.
