Taking down existing water proofing treatment/membrane of any type and Cleaning the surface of roof, to remove all loose dirt etc and preparing the surface ,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick surface as in roof with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by the weight of cement in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed. (Integral WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge laid with following course of descrition below :- :- (a) Apply evenly bituminous based primer confirming to IS: 3384-1965 @ 0.30 kg/sqm. (b) APP modified bituminous membrane 3mm thick with non woven polyester core of weight not less than 3.2 to 3.5 Kg/sqm laid and bonded to the sub strata by heat process, over laps of 100mm both in longitudinal and lateral direction shall be sealed/fused by flame torch application as per manufacturer instructions. (c) Applying bituminous based aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kgs/Sqm in two coats over APP membrane

Supply only water proofing compound , ISI marked ,complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling post or struts embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc (wood, steel or R.C.C) any section, including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing in repairs 11KV VCB / bus coupler by dismantling cleaning greasing the complete VCB with attached relays bus bar etc insulation testing, setting the contact gap by measuring as required reassembling the VCB and reinstalling back to its original position checking and repairing the current circuit panel wiring, replacement of new spares as required complete including operational testing and commissioning all as directed. (Note : New spares will be measured and paid separately under relavent item of this schedule)
