Making a temporary platform in the incoming CLC Channel for working platform to make for grouting of M.S Plate in the RCC in the vertical wall of incoming flow from CLC Canal.

Supply of M.S Plate of size 1000x1500x25mm – 2 Nos. And M.S I-Section Beam of size 450x140, length – 5 Mtr. Duly welded at incoming CLC of Raw Water for platform for U Guide beam support at one side of CLC.

Supply of fasteners of size 200X20mm with nut & washer.

Making a RCC foundation outside of CLC Channel by digging work at site and making complete RCC Foundation for providing support etc. As per site requirement.

Fabrication / Supply of I-Section Beam of size 450x140, length 10 mtr. Approximate for support of U Guide of Bar Screen with 2 Nos. M.S Plate of size 500x500x25mm with foundation bolt fixing by moving crane on the RCC Pillar along with incoming flow without taking any shut down. The work includes taking all safety precautions and measures to avoid any mishappening.

De-Silting of malba and other for levelling work from bottom channel.

Fabrication and Supply of M.S Platform with I-beam of size 350x140, length 10 Mtr.- 2 Nos. With M.S I-Beam of size 200x100, length 2 mtr. Duly welded on incoing RCC Channel by taking proper safety precaution / measurement for support of chequered plate of size 8.5 Mtr. X 2 Mtr. X 8mm thick on M.S Frame duly welded etc. Including the cost of foundation bolts.

Fabrication and Supply of Railing arrangement for platform as per site requirement.

Fabrication and Supply of M.S Frame triangular structure made from the “C” Channel of size 150x75mm in triangle shape by fabrication with channel of 5.06 Mtr. – 4 Nos., 2 Mtr. – 4 Nos. etc. Duly fabricated to make a complete structure for fixing of “C” Channel to support as guide of manual bar screen in flow of water in channel as per designed for Bar Screen fixing arrangements.

Fabrication/fixing of guider of bar screen of 5 Mtr. long by using “C” channel of size 300x80mm and MS plate duly hole for fixing fasteners to make the strengthening of guider and fixing on the wall inside of channel.

Fabrication/Supply of Bar Screen made from ‘C’ channel of size 150 x 75 mm in length 3.5 meter x 3.63 meter with horizontal support to made proper strengthening and fixing M.S. flat of size 75 x 8m in length of 3.63 mtr long duly welding with proper space of 100 mm between flates complete welding of beam in this channel with proper space, includes the job cutting, welding, grinding of edges. The job includes making hanging arrangement at upper side of bar screen by using of pin shaft and MS plate with proper welding work.

Hiring charges of required Tools and Tackles e.g Welding Set, Gas cutter set and other required tools & tackles as per site requirement.

Watch and Ward of complete material along with tools and tackles, temporary tin shed for storage of costly materials by lock and key etc. For minimum 30 days.

Fabricated M.S. Column in square shape of size 400x400mm and Height 5 Meter.

Installation / Testing / Commissioning on load at site. This cost includes complete work required as per site requirement and proper alignment of various units of Bar Screen.
