Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: Old work (one or more coats applied) over priming coat of primer applied, complete including cost of priming coat.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. 35 second class Deodar wood.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked M.S. pressed Butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of engineer- in charge. Rate for thickness of shutter in mm per sqm Deodar wood.

Providing and fixing wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :Second class deodar wood 35mm.

Renewing glass panes with wooden fillets wherever necessary : Float glass panes of thickness 4.0 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Providing and fixing Gypsum board for ceiling of approved quality with necessary nails etc. complete. Standard quality board 4.5mm.

Providing and fixing Wiring for light point/exhaust fan point/ ceiling fan point heating point with 1.5/2.5/4 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conducter single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate suitable GI box as required. Make- Anchor/ Havells or equvalent.
