Clearing and grubbing the road land including uprooting Rank vegetation grass bushes shrubs etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close grade granular sub-base grading-III material as per table-100-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision)(A/R-2006 page-160 item No-39).

Providin, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to acieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision)

Providing & applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision)

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision).

Scraping, cleaning, road surface for providing and laying 20 mm thick permix carpet using 0.18 cum. of 12 mm and 0.09 m3 of 6mm. Size chips for 10m2 with 14.46 Kg of bitumen over a coat of tack coat 0.40Kg/M2 and conveying chips from stacking feeding into hot bitumen mixture heating bitumen in to required temperture conveying hot binder for tack coat and for precoating chips in required quantity to ensure thorough precoating conveying precoated chips from the mixture and laying the same including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with P.R.R. inclusive for hire and running charges of P.R.R. bitumen mixture, tar boilers and all other T.& P articles & cost and conveyance of all materials required for the work including labour , cost of chips and bitumen, complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge

6mm thick precoated seal coat using 0.06 cum. of 6mm size chips and down graded as per sieve analysis and 6.8 Kg of bitumen for 10 m2 including cost and conveyance of all materials required for the work including labour , cost of chips and bitumen, complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supplying & filling moorum of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.
