Labour charges with bonus (8.33%) for day to day operation, overall supervision preparation of food, cleaning, and washing of bedding, linens, curtains, utensils, Turning wiping of entire complex, up-keepment of all furniture, kitchen appliances, rockeries, electrical gadgets like refrigerator, television sets, television sets, telephone, A.C. machines, washing machine oven, kitchen chimney, Micro oven, toaster, Mixer-grinder, R.O. water filter, electric iron, exhaust fans, window & partition glass all complete on daily basis as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Period:- w.e.f. 01/08/2026 to 31/07/2027 Total-4 (four) Heads. i) Cook - 1 no. Daily wages Rs429 .00 with 8.33% bonus+13% EPF +3.25% ESIC ii) Waiter Gr 1 - 1 no. Daily wages Rs390 .00 with 8.33% bonus+13% EPF +3.25% ESIC. iii)Asst Cook - 1 no. Daily wages Rs390.00 with 8.33% bonus+13% EPF +3.25% ESIC iv) Cleaner - 1 no. Daily wages Rs354 .00 with 8.33% bonus+13% EPF +3.25% ESIC N.B- Daily rate to each personnel will have to be paid by the Agency not less than as mentioned above per day per person .

Supply and delivery of room freshener, Liquid soap, Toilet soap, floor cleaner, Duster, Broom, Wiper, glass cleaning agent , Mosquito/Fly replant and floor of bungalow including doors windows, walls, ceiling stairs etc free from dust and up keepment of all furniture, gadgets etc. By supplying necessary materials as and when required as per direction of EIC.

Supply and delivery of Nephthalene, Toilet cleaner, Wiper, phenyl, Bleaching powder, Muriatic acid, Broom, Toilet paper, commode brush, Duster for cleaning, washing and sweeping of toilets and bathroom of bungalow as per direction of EIC.

Cleaning and washing of clothing of doors, windows screen, bed cover, bed sheet, mosquito nets, pillow cover, bath towels, curtain after using one time including ironing the same and carpet as per direction of EIC.

Supply and delivery of Dish cleaner, Dish cleaning bar, kitchen duster, k. Oil, Broom, Wiper, Liquid soap, for up keepment and cleaning, washing of kitchen appliances, cookeries, utensils as and when required as per direction of EIC.

Engagement of one no. Assistant manager (Caretaker)having knowledge of computer operation for the inspection bunglow for overall supervision, maintaining lianson with the office, keeping record of all proceeding, verification of booking slips, collection of room rent if required etc as per direction of EIC. Period:- w.e.f. 01/08/2026 to 31/07/2027

Maintenance & Minor repairing of all electrical Items like switches, sockets, fans, tubelights, CFLs, bulbs, electric iron, gyser, vacuam cleaner, TV etc. (excluding AC machine), kitchen appliances like chimney, microwave oven, gas oven, refrigerator, washing machine, mixer-grinder etc. maintenance of individual DTH TV connection for each room, all civil and sanitary & plumbing job as per direction of EIC. N.B:- All repair work upto ₹. 500.00 should have to be executed by agency.
