Centering and Shuttering for all items of R.C.C works includings labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

RCC 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS HBG Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., as per standard specification.

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five M Sand ) using new best country Bricks of size 8 ¾” x 4 ¼” x 2 ¾” from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. complying with std. specifications.

Plastering with cement mortor 1:5 to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all other labour charges etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Supply and fixing of grill gate including all material with labour charges and completed as per standard specification etc.,.

Painting the new walls two coats over one coat of priming with best Cement paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers (S.l.No.359-A)

Painting the new iron works, in all floors,two coats of best synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour and brand (to be approved by executive engineer before use on works) over one coat of primer including scrapping and preparation of surface, cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, neat finishing, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers-10 m2(s.l.No.341-A)

Painting two coats ready mixed Approved Exteriar Emulsion of first quality and of approved colour over a primingcoat including through scarbing clan removel ofone coat of priming with best Cement paint as directed by the department officers etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris whever regd.(S.l.No.358) -10sqm
