Material and labour for non skid coloured (other than off white) ceramic tiles in floor joint free 7mm to 8mm thick of area exc 0.11 sqm but n. exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coloured pattern glazed ceramic tiles 6mm to 7mm thick of size 300mm x 450mm as in skirting, dados etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including cement plaster on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finished rough (backside of dado& skirting) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Granite (of any type) work 18mm to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 15mm thick cement screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate in landings, cover slabs, chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Providing precast cement concrete solid blocks in 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in mortar 1:6 in walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Powder coated Aluminium frame for windows with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Powder coated Anodised aluminium window shutters, three track sliding type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing min 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slab one edge, such as in steps, cooking platforms and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing Roof treatment in any layers and disposal of debris to distance exc 250 metre and not exc 500 metre out of school premises and MoD land complete all as specified. Note: i) The rates are inclusive of removal for any type old water proofing treatment over to Main RCC slab. Bidders is advised to visit the site and ensure before quoting rates. ii) All the dismantled debris are required to be removed from school premises right after demolition so that working of School Should not get obstructed. iii) Demolition of PCC if any shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for rendering of 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) of approved make as per manufacturer's instructions over RCC roof slab and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.(Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately as 'Supply only'.)
