Clearing Scrub Jungle without alignment for the widening of the formation of the road cutting of trace up to 30mm girth products the cleaning are to be stocked in such a place as ordered by the departmental officer and the ground shall be left in a perfectly clean condition. All holes of hollows whether original, existing (or) produced by digging of roots shall than be carefully filled up the earth well rammed and leveled of and the entire work completed in all respect as per SI 17 (2).

Earth work excavation and depositing on back with an intial of 10m and lift 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth and earth mixed with small size boulders, hard gravelly soil etc., as per SS 20A including laying and spreading in layer etc.complete.

Providing laying and compacting red gravel in accordance with requirements of the specification materials shall be in one or more layers as necessary including watering, consolidating by the power roller rolling and all labour charges for soiling including hire charges for consolidation etc. complete

Providing and laying Bituminous macadam 50mm thick VG 30 Bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20-30T capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 20mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross section and consolidated by 8-10T vibratory/pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site, hire & fuel charges for 20-30T CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory/pneumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and other incidental charges etc., complete

Applying Prime coat over WBM/WMM @ 3.00Kg RS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete (BC) of mm thick based on Job Mix Formula mixed in hot mix plant of drum type in one layer for overlay as shown in drawing using paving CRMB 55 penetration grade3 (IS:73) and aggregates conforming to grading 2 of Table 500 - 5 of MORT & H specifications and BC shall be laid using sensor paver finisher to the required level, grade and compacting to atleast 98% of laboratory Marshall desnity as per clause 509 complete.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorisng glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35. The finished surface to be levelled, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc. complete as per Specification

Providing and fixing reflective road studs of "category B" raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonae/ABS moulded body and reflective panels(bi-covex reflectors)with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the lifht entering the lens face with retro - reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also fonfirm to the MORTH circular NI. RW/NH. 33023/10/97-DO.III dt 11.06.97 and the length, height and width of the body shall not be less than 100 mm, 15 mm and 90mm and base of markder shall be flat within 1.3 mm. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280. Lenses shall be moulded of Poly carbonate or methyl methecrylate fonforming to ASTM D788. The area of each retro - refloctory surface shall not be less than 13.0 sq. cm.. The slope or retro - refloctory surface shall be 35 + 5 degree to base. Each 4reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 2 of said MORTH & H circular and two cylindrical polymer shanks of not less than 20 mm diameter and not less than 30 mm length shall be provided for better anchorage.
