Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar ficings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and as directed .

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed .

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30cm deep and avarging 15 cm deep getting out soft/loose soill complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L of brick work with fly ash bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius Built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L of brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius etc but except Bricks complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- old bricks retrieved from item No - 01 here-in-above shall be reused after cleaning .

M & L for formwork to sides of concrete foundation , footings base of column raft and raft beams sides and soffits if any of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to better flat or rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for formwork to sides of pillers ,Posts ,struts , piers , columns and similar work vertical or to better flat or rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for formwork to edges of concrete flats breaks in floors, opening inconcrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls horizontal or slopping and similar work all exceeding 20cm wide complete all as spd. ( Where RCC/PCC Band in walls,spanning and opening , the form work soffit complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed .

All as per item no 12 above but 8 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed .

M & L Reinforcement cement concrete Design mix M-25 Type A-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Foundation including Rafts , footings , foundation beams,plinth beams bases for columns etc basement slabs under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed .

Providing, cement concrete Type B1 ,1:2:4 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs etc. including form work complete all as specified and as directed .

S & F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete of FE-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized MS wire staples or steel pins etc as specified. (each line wire to be measured). complete all as specified and directed

S&F concertina coi 450mm dia , number of turns 50,approx weight of coil is 6.25 kgs and coil stretch length is 4-5 meters complete all as specified and directed.

Re fixing of old retrived mild steel work as hand raild , half round or other stee wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary dilling, bolting or Riveting etc. and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 ofr Fe 310-0 (quantity obtained from item no 3 above) complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling of barbed wir any size and any type with carefully without dameged the same complete all as specified and as directed .

Re fixing galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm specing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolt incl securing or typing at crossing with and provision of galvanized ms wire staples or steel pins etc as specified (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of concertina coil of any type and any size with carefully without any damage complete all as specified and as directed .

Re fixing concertina coil any size,any thickness or any weight (Quantity obtained from item No-28 above) complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls including complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement base paint white or tinted over one coat of primer by using mechanical devices complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description,exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed .

M&L preparation of old steel surfaces of any description,exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for Returning , filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed .
