Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.Granite stone slab of colour black, Cherry/Ruby red. Area of slab upto 0.50 sqm (DSR 8.2.2.1)

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) :25 mm thick (DSR 11.26.1)

Kata stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete. (DSR 11.27)

12.5 mm thick square edge PVC Laminated Gypsum Tile of size 595x595 mm, made of Gypsum plasterboard, manufactured from natural gypsum as per IS 2095 part I and laminated with white 0.16 mm thick fire retardant PVC film on the face side and 12 micron metalized polyester on the back side with all edges sealed with the face side PVC film which goes around and wraps the edges and is bonded to the edges and the back side metalized polyester film so as to make the tile a completely sealed unit. HOT BAIN MARIE (Size 60"x27"x34") Providing by supplying, fixing and placing in position complete, Hot Bain Marrie with top constructed of 16 gauge Stainless steel sheet (Gr. SS304) front turned down 2’ & in ½” rear & both sides & rear turned down 2” & flush with body cladding. Top shall be secured to 1-1/2”x1/8” thick Mild Steel welded work, Exterior/ interior cladding no 0.8mm Stainless steel sheet with 2“ thick . puff insulation, top of unit shall be provided glass sliding door with handle & locking arrangement. Internal temperature-20deg. To -24deg. to be matained. Unit provided one no. removable &adjustable Stainless steel welded wire helf on the Stainless steel clip, side channel supported adjustable hight. Right side of unit shall be provided 0.5 H.P. Low temperature type kirloskar compressor with louvered access panels, single phase, independent control, digital thermometer & electrical cord. Static cooling, bottom of internal tank shall be provided 1” dia drain outlet and removable perforated no. 0.8mm .S FLASE BOTTOM & BELLOW NO 0.8mm S.S DRIP TRAY With INTEGRAL HANDLE UNIT SHALL BE MOUNTED ON (4) NO.S 6” High 1-1/2”x1-1/2 s.s square pipe legs with adjustable bullet feet complete in all respects as per site and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. CUTLERY TABLE THREE SIDE COVERED TWO DRAWER (Size 48"x27"x34"+6") Providing by supplying, fixing and placing in position complete, work table of size 44"x24"x34"+6" made of 16 gauge Stainless Steel of grade 304 duly 120 grit matt polished with all resulting edges rounded with no bur or other excess material left. Top will be turned down 2” and ½" underneath in channel shape on all exposed sides, in case of sink in top wherever mentioned the side shall be raised by ¾” on all exposed sides, where tables are placed against building walls, they will be turned up at back approximately 6” returned ¾” at 45 degree to wall with all exposed ends closed, argon are welded and smooth polish. The work table and undershelve sheet shall be placed on welded MS angle frame of size 35mmx35mmx5mm shall be primed and painted which will be welded with stainless steel square pipe/dia pipe of size 40mm supports/legs of table having adjustable nylon leveling feet at bottom and two tables shall have arrangements to make it as single table and including undershelves of size 44"x24"x12" constructed of 0.8mm, Stainless Steel sheeting of Stainless steel grade 304 uniformly matt polished with 12 grit and reinforced with 35mm x 35mm x 5mm MS angle frame welded with supports / legs at bottom to support undershelve. All shelves will be turned down 1½" and ½" underneath on all sides in channel shape with resulting corners cutout to fit counter of leg complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.(NS)
