Unloading of 1.6 MVA transformer at workshop from vehicle.
De-tanking of whole Transformer complete job including refitting back after repairs.
Providing and installation of New gaskets RC 70 grade
Providing and installation of Miscellaneous items like insulating paper, cotton Tap, Weaving Taps, SRBP Tube, Sleeving etc
Providing & filling the HT transformer with 33KV grade T. Oil conforming to IS335.
Replacement of Gasket with all materials as per requirements/ directions of concerned engineer in Main Tank, HV Bushing and LV Bushing
Replacement of Gasket with all materials as per requirements/ directions of concerned Engineer in Conservator tank
Repair of transformer tank by way of providing sheet metal as per existing sample. The job includes welding using reputed electrodes and necessary finishing process like grinding etc. The job also includes painting of whole transformer body.
Providing and fitting of HT/ LT bush rods along with insulators/cups as per sample, for 1.6 MVA Transformer along with clamps for cable connection. (6 nos. each)
Heat Treatment of core assembly ncluding winding in oven
Hot oil bath of power transformer, inc flush out of sludge, carbon deposits from whole power transformer including core, conductor, radiator, transformer tank, valves etc.
Shifting back the HT transformer to the site and unloading it carrying back to place of installation. The job includes providing transit insurance from workshop to site.
The job includes connecting the 33 & 0.44KV terminals and earthing to the said transformer and testing the system on full load.
