Charges for Replacement of HAD/CAD cylinder (8" Bore and 8 " stroke)which involves following works.i) Removal of existing pneumatic cylinder and its accessories with copper tubing from its location to pocket store.ii) Loading, transporting and unloading of new/serviced pneumatic cylinder from store to field location.iii) Fixing the new/serviced pneumatic cylinder and re-fixing the accessories such as air regulator, I/P converter with SS tubing.

Charges for Replacement of burner tilt cylinder(10" Bore and 16 " stroke) which involves following works.i) Removal of existing pneumatic cylinder and its accessories with copper tubing from its location to pocket store.ii) Loading, transporting and unloading of new/serviced pneumatic cylinder from store to field location.iii) Fixing the new/serviced pneumatic cylinder and re-fixing the accessories such as air regulator, I/P converter with SS tubing.

Charges for removing the terminal connections, replacing the broken terminal blocks and reconnecting the terminal connections and checking various junction boxes at Boiler area.

Charges for rectification and welding of broken doors in junction boxes.

Charges for Opening and cleaning of ½” impulse lines and catch pots in mills, Flue gas, primary and secondary air paths.

Charges for Cutting and welding of takeoff catch pots in mills, flue gas, primary and secondary air path.

Charges for 3 Nos. single point cutting and welding of pipe size ½” impulse lines of mills, flue gas, primary and secondary air path including cost of gas, welding electrodes & consumables such as cotton waste, hacksaw blade, etc.

Charges for replacement of defective 1” root valve in turbine area which involves the cutting and welding of 2 joints in 1” CS impulse line.

Charges for replacement of defective drain valve/isolation valve (3/8”) for high pressure transmitters.

Charges for removing existing leaky 3/8” SS impulse line and worn out connectors, cutting and bending the new line as necessary, fixing SS connectors with nut and ferrules in the line and connection back the new line without leaks in High pressure transmitter service.

Charges for replacement of defective 1/2” instrument valve in various locations of boiler and turbine area.

Charges for Removal, cleaning, refixing and checking of Sensors and electronic units of flue gas analyzers
