Recycling Granular Pavement by mixing using truck mounted/self propelled lime spreader. The lime spreader shall have variable working width with microprocessor controled spray rate through auger and cellualer wheels the aggregates shall be in situ pulverized/stablized using four wheeled drive recyler with vibratory roller to achieve desired unconfined compressive strength and from a layer of base with 2% lime and 3.5% bitumen emulsion. (Rates are including all taxes, cost of Emulsion, labour cess etc. but Excluding GST)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor @ 0.30 kg. Per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom including cost of bitumen, aggregate, T&P and labour & all taxes complete. (Rates are including all taxes, cost of Bitumen, labour cess etc. but Excluding GST)

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.00% by weight of total mix and fille, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with Sensor Control to the required grade, level and alingment, rolling with smooth wheeled bibratory and tendom rollers to achiev the desired compection as per MORTH specifiaction clause 507 complete all respects. Grading-I. (Rates are including all taxes, cost of Bitumen, labour cess etc. but Excluding GST)

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with mechanical control to the required grade, level and alingment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendom rollers to achiev the desired compection as per MORTH specifiaction clause 509 complete all respects. (Rates are including all taxes, cost of Bitumen, labour cess etc. but Excluding GST)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and 1 Km leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.for widening of embankment and Both sides Patries. (Rates are including all taxes, labour cess etc. but Excluding GST)
