EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Material and labour for cutting of existing 100mm CI pipe line and for taking 50 mm dia branch connection, inserting and including Tee of size 100x100x50 mm, necessary joints, jointing materials excavation, earth work complete as required at site all as directed.

Material and labour for cutting of existing road/ floor for laying of CI/GI pipe line including necessary earth work excavation and making good to match with existing surface with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

Construction of valve pit with bricks full brick thick of the 0.9x0.9x0.9 mtr sizes on 100 mm thick PCC foundation in 1:3:6 type C1 over 75 mm thick hard core, including 15 mm thick CM (1:4) both internally and externally plastering and 3.0mm thick MS sheet cover and angle iron frame of size 40x40x6mm with locking arrangement including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including angle iron frame necessary excavation and earth work etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Near PH for 1No. valve & 1No. NRV)

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Labour only for filling of excavated soil upto a depth of 23cm after riddling the excavated soil for cushioning of cable in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavated soil obtained from Sch 'A' Part IV shall be used for filling.

Supply and fix HT cable route indicator oval shape, of size 200mmx150mmx6mm thick cast iron disc with letter engraved as 'HT UG cable' or 'LT UG cable' fixed on 25mmx25mmx6mm MS angle iron post of 50cm long and embedding in and including PCC in 1:3:6 type C1 cement concrete using 20mm aggregate foundation of size 200x200x200mm size duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on all exposed steel surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installing, connecting, testing and commissioning of factory made CPRI approved manufacturers canopy type totally enclosed and compartmentalised out door type LT panel board, weather/ dust/ vermin proof, 415volts, 50Hz, AC, minimum IP-65 protection class made out of 3.15mm CRCA Sheet with angle iron frame to accommodate and including fixing of the following accessories duly inter connected with suitable size of copper conductor, locking arrangements and powder coated painting complete including provision of necessary PCC foundation etc. all as specified and as directed :-

Material and labour for provision of street light bracket 1.5 mtr long, 40mm bore medium grade GI pipe bracket fixed on existing pole with necessary MS clamps, bolt & nuts including wiring with 3 runs of 2.5sqmm copper cable drawn through and including 25mm non metallic rigid pvc conduit duly fitted to the existing pole with clamps from the terminal box at bottom to the light fitting (appx) 07 metre of length all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Street light PVC junction box of outer dimension 250x200x100mm, hinged door type, fixed on existing pole with MS clamp of suitable size, bolt nut and washers etc consisting of 2 Nos of aluminium bus bar, insulators, one number fuse kit 5 amps and connector block complete with necessary bracket for fixing to the pole etc.complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for earthing complete with GI plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to GI earth wire of size 4.0 mm by means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanized all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earth work. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC cover in 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 with 8mm CTD 100mm centre to centre with suitable handle, watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade pipe with funnel, and 15mm dia light grade GI pipe as protection pipe, charcoal salt etc,connected to earth test point all as specified including testing and commissioning on completion (for GOD)all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 32 X 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanized all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earth work.
