MAINTENANCE FOR POST CONSTRUCTION OF ANTI TERMITE TREATMENT TO CERTAIN BUILDINGS IN TECHNICAL AREA AT AFS PATHANKOT

M & L for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion (Imidacloprid 30.5% SC) for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sq.m of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc. complete, complete all as specified & directed. by engr in charge. Note: 1. Anti termite treatment should be done by the approved applicator from the pest control of India Ltd. 2. Contractor should submit 2 year warranty card from the approved applicator. 3. An amount of 10% of the quoted rate of the contractor during that warranty period of 2 years.

M&L for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion (Imidacloprid 30.5% SC) for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron, complete all as specified & directed by engr in charge. Note: 1. Anti termite treatment should be done by the approved applicator from the pest control of India Ltd .2. Contractor should submit 2 year warranty card from the approved applicator. 3. An amount of 10% of the quoted rate of the contractor during that warranty period of 2 years.

M & L for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion (Imidacloprid 30.5% SC) for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as per manufacturers specifications & directed by engr in charge. Note: 1. Anti termite treatment should be done by the approved applicator from the pest control of India Ltd. 2. Contractor should submit 2 year warranty card from the approved applicator. 3. An amount of 10% of the quoted rate of the contractor during that warranty period of 2 years.

M&L Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment by water-base chemical emulsion (Name-Imidacloprid 30.5% SC) @ 0.3 litre/hole by drilling 12mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 300mm centre to centre and sealing the same.complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge. Note: 1. Anti termite treatment should be done by the approved applicator from the pest control of India Ltd. 2. Contractor should submit 2 year warranty card from the approved applicator. 3. An amount of 10% of the quoted rate of the contractor during that warranty period of 2 years.

S&F Non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular ) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including 15mm thck screed bed in CM 1:4. and including taking down existing tiling complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

Removing the plant/growth of any description size, any location of external surfaces of walls shafts by cutting/burning with blown lamp of any other means & remvoing the roots completely spraying the suitable chemical in the removed portion to avoid re-growth & making good damaged portion to match the existing surfaces by PCC type B0(1:2:4) 12.5 mm graded aggregate/CM 1:3 upto the height of 20 Mtr including all necessary safety precaution complete all as directed by Engr In Charge.

M & L Vitrified Ceramic tiles 8-10 mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including dismantling of tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified

Demolition of cement (un-reinforced) in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M&L 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection finish even and smooth using extra cement and cutting joints of every 1.5m and filling the joint bitumen and sand filler.
