Supply of PVC/XLPE Heavy duty 150 Sq.MM. 3.5 core armoured electrical cable for working voltage upto and including 1100 Volts with Aluminium Conductor ISI marked power cable. Make – Grandlay/ Gloster/Havells/Polycab /DJB Approved.

Providing & fixing of sub meter, 400 amp. Suitable for above cable end termination. Make - secure/L&T.

Supply of LT Distribution panel sheet steel enclosure made out of 2mm CRCA sheet totally enclosed, powder coated free standing, floor mounted type, dust& vermin proof, outward opening, lockable doors having hidden hinges and a bolted back cover both using non-deteriorating neoprene rubber gaskets to provide IP-54 protection .The each part of the fabricated panel will be strictly subjected to seven tank treatment. The various components, assemblies and sub equipment’s of the panel will be as per standard given in relevant IS. The bus bar of the panel will be shaped out of high conductivity, electrolytic conductor and shall be liberal sized in aluminium. The control wiring of the panel will be done with PVC flexible copper wires of 1.5 Sq. mm. Each wire will be terminating with a ferule crimped to the wire, size 1200MM x1000x375mm. Having following components MCCB 415V, TP 3phase High breaking capacity 36KA 50Hz,400Amp with spreader & Handle , extended cable jointing link of aluminium with PVC sleeve, indicating lights, Amp/Volt meter: Make of MCCB- L&T/C&S/Siemens.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. DSR 2018 5.6

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or inrecess for connections etc. as required. Dsr 2018 5.15

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified gradeexcluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for Laying/Dressing with the CC on cable laying portion at UGR. DSR 2018 4.1.3

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm DSR 2018 7.6.3

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mmDSR 2018 7.1.4

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm (clamped with 25/40x3mm MS flat clamp) DSR 2018 7.7.3

Making connection of cable from main panel to Distribution panel & starter panel at other end. The job includes providing & fixing of cable jointing kit of 185 sq mm.

Making lightening arrangement with the help of following material. a) 70 watt LED Street light - 6 Nos. b) Copper wire, 2.5 Sq. MM - 4 Roll. The job also includes the rate of fixing, connecting etc. of above material.

Loading, unloading, cartage and transportation charges for the abovecable & panel up to the site from different locations i/c charges of labour only for loading and unloading as per site requirement
