M & L for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sq.m of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mmincluding excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc. complete all as specified and as directed..

( Area upto 0.75 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi chamfered frame,and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reiforced with 1.60+0.2mm thick galvanised mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length ( shape and size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded beads of appropriate dimension of EPDM gasket, GI fastners 100 x 8mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plasyic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fuson welded at all corners,mulion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing of hardwares and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame , the gap between frameand adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and approved quality , complete all as specified & directed. Removal of Plants/ Shrubs grown on walls/ slabs/beams by making holes or demolition of concrete etc and including applying suitable chemical for killing the roots of Plants, filling of holes with concrete and making good complete all as specified and directed.

Chipping/removing loose concrete in cloumns/beams/ chajjas/roof slab etc. up to reinforcement bars without damaging the reinforcement, removing all the loose material and to make all the exposed surface free from dust and all impurities etc complete all specified and directed.

Removing corrosion of steel reinforcement by mechanical means like wire brushing, chipping to remove loose rust and then applying rust removal solution Reebaklens RR of make - Fosroc (or Rust off 100 of make - Sika or equivalent in Bostic India Ltd) by using brush application, leaving the surface for at least 15 to 30 minutes, then removing loose materials by scrubbing or with brush and applying anti corrosive coating to reinforcement Nitozinc primer of make - Fosroc(or Friazinc R of make - Sika or equivalent in Bostic india Ltd) all as recommended by product manufacturer.

Providing and applying one coat of structural grade epoxy coat by brush of approved make, mixing of two components of product- Nitobond EP of make -FOSROCK (or Sikdur 32LP of make - Sika or equivalent in Bostic India Ltd) will be as per recommendation of manufacturer. Application shall be provided not more than 5 hours before application of micro concrete/polymer mortar etc complete all as specified by the manufacturer.

Providing and applying 40 mm thick in four layers (each 10mm thick) Shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fibre reinforced cementitious repair mortar Renderoc SP 40 of make - Fosroc ( Plastocrete plus of make - Sika or equivalent in Bostic India ltd) mixed with water in a water & powder ratio 0.18 in ceiling of roof slab/Chajjas/Beams/Parapet walls etc all as specified by the manufacturer. . (Note:- Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of provideing scaffolding for working in patches upto a height of 15 Mtr)

Taking down old unserviceable point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches,ceiling rose, pendents, regulators,sockets, light fittings etc.removing materials for keeping for taking credit( credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls floors etc. all as specified & directed.

Taking down ceiling fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades from fan and keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down exhaust fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades from fan and keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down split A/C of any Capacity and keeping it in safe custody and refix the same as in position at site and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB DB, TPN, 4 ways, Double door, 415 volt, isolated neutral bar with IP54 protection, door earthing arrangement with cement spill protector, mechanical impact strength IK09 complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix MCB DB, SPN, 8 ways, double door, 240 volt, Isolated neutral bar with IP54 protection, door earthing arrangement with cement spill protector, mechanical impact strength IK09 complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps, 240Volts, 10 KA, "B" Curve complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing SPN 32 Amp rating 240 V, 10 KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) complete all as specified & directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills,sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring,etc., and making good, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth, complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete in below or above ground level and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness, all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings, all as specified and as directed.
