Annual maintenance of SCADA system installed at 220 KV Substation, Sikandrarao (Hathras) on bi-monthly basis (i.e. 06 times in a year) work includes as Following: Testing and rectification of CRP and SCADA as per the drawing of panel/SAS and logic diagram, testing of auxiliary relay and checking the healthiness, operation of switches from panel/BCU, Cross Checking Communication between relay and integration System, Verification of architecture of SCADA. Checking operation and logic, signals, event, SOE, integration system, GPS synchronization with system/relay adding extra event/signal if required, checking the healthiness of others protocols like104,101, Modbus, Modbus TCP, DNP3 etc. healthiness of Printer and others device as per the architecture/SAS drawing. Replacing of faulty communication channel creating the system backup of HMI-1/2 and DRPC for Further reference and restoring purpose in future ( in case system crash)
Emergency Maintenance of SCADA system at 220 KV Substation, Sikandrarao (Hathras) work includes rectification of problems in 48Hrs from the time of intimation as per direction of supervision Engineer.
