Maintanence & Cleaning works of Public toilet by engaging labours for 5 toilet/ ( 4 Toilet - 2 Labours) sanitary workers including ESI, PF Basic salary for one day(PWD )
Engaging Manpower of Sanitary workers - service charges to the manpower out sourcing contractor ( shall not be exceed more than 7%) manpower Supplier should quote the service charge only & worker cost is Fixes
Maintanence & cleaning works of public toilet by engaging labours including supply of cleaning materials such as brooms, woiper, phenyl, bleaching & acid & washing with water including supervising charges etc., complete keeping toilet clean for a period of Twelve months
Engaging the Electrical Works as per departmental officers instruction including ESI, PF ( (Basic Rate Rs.778/-, Corp limited 10 %, ESI, 3.25 % , PF 13% Only Mentioned Percentage within 7 %) per Electrician monthly Once Working for 4 Toilets.

Supplying and fixing in position of Indian make white water closet of size in 580mm * 440mm weight glassed earthan ware of approved with P Trap (or) S Trap foot rest and filling all round the closet using 20mm broken brick jally in 10cm thick and plaster in c.m. 1:3 12 mm thick including fixing in position levelling complete with necesary connection as per standard specification
