Excavation in trenches in soft/lose soil n.exc. 1.5M wide & n exc 1.5M deep for laying of GI/CI pipe line & getting out including forming bottom surface all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but in Hard/dense soil including cutting of roads/PCC floors etc.

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer n.exc. 250 mm in any type of soil after the pipe laid & tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed

Disconnecting and Taking out old existing GI pipe and connecting of any description / grade and any position of trenches / under floors/ on walls etc including connecting fitting / accessoriese and fixtures such as bend, union, elbow socket etc. all as directed and specified for the following size of pipe :-

M & L CI Specials class B as per IS such as bends, tappers,any type branches cross all sockets and spigot collar caps and plug up to 250mm bore all as specified and as directed

M & L for run lead joint to cast iron spigot and socket end pipe and CI special fitting caulks, spun yarn and lead complete of sizes 150 mm dia bore all as specified and directed

M & L for Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe including taking out of following :-

M&L for cutting of existing CI Pipes and reducing to required length before laying in position for insertion of new tees, branches etc complete all as specified & directed of size 150 mm dia bore :- Note :- Fittings will be measured and paid for separately under respective item

S & F GI tubing, medium grade, ISI marked complete with all fittings, laid in trenches or laid under floors, fixed on walls with and providing clamps etc complete all as specified & directed, for the following size:-

M & L for cast iron pipe with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast (spun) class A, in any length, externally coated with metallic Zinc Coating finished with bituminous paint including taking out of pipe complete all as specified of size 150mm dia bore:- Note :- Excavation, earthwork and GI clamps shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for brick masonary valve pits of size 1200mmx 1200mm x 1200 mm (int dimension) including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, disposl of soil to a distance not exc. 50 m and depositing all as directed, brick work in cm (1:6) , 10 mm thick plastering internally in cement motar (1:4), pcc (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone of 100mm thick at bottom and top wall as coping of valve pit, MS sheet 3 mm thick cover fixed in angle iron frame 35 mm x 35 mm x5mm and 45mmx45mmx6mm at bottom for accomodating cover duly embedded in PCC coping with 25x3mm FI Lugs 300 mm longone each side ,12 mm dia MS handle made to shape ,locking arrangements including white washing internally and externally exposed to view plastering & painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer to steel surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm grade stone aggregate) as in path and plinth protection (of any section)including chambers, weatherings, throating etc and setting in mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Heavy duty chemical Dosing system plunger type suitable to inject solution upto 25 LPH with working pressure 10 Kg/Cm2 comprising dosing pump coupled with three phase electric motor of capacity 0.5 HP, 1440 RPM assembly with agitator in one motor, agitator with SS sweep blade duty FRP coated, FRP tank 150 Ltrs capacity, complete unit mounted on heavy duty MS fabricated frame duly anticorrosive paint complete with all conecting plumbing item , Chemical grade PPR pipe, PPR NRV, Gate valve, Union, socket, albow etc along with control panel for Dosing pump of power coated MS fabricated box consisting of LED indicator, digital Voltmeter, Amp meter, single phase preventor, High voltage, low voltage protection. S & F in repairs SPN DB, IP Pritection, double door, 240 Volt, 4 way with 200 amp rated bus bar complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repairs TPN Isolator, 63 Amp 415 Volt, complete all as specified and directed

Taking down material and labour sub main wiring with 4.0 sqmm (Nominal area) FRLS with four runs of single core PVC insulated stranded unsheathed copper conductor cable upto and including 1100 V grade drawn through in PVC conduit fixed to wall/ ceilling etc incl one runs 4.0 sqmm (nominal area) single core, FRLS PVC insulated stranded unsheathed copper conductor as earth wire and duly connected to common earth point etc. complete all as specifed and as directed. Note: four runs of 4 sqmm single core cable, one run of 4.0 sqmm earth continuity wire and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one meter.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, bed plates, bed blocks, etc and the like including weathing, slightly rounded or chanfered angles and throating incl necessary form work and finishing the surfaces smooth without using extra cement including demolition of old concrete complete all as specified.

Making bore holes in DI/CI 100 to 200mm dia pipe incl cutting / drilling and welding of pipe where reqd for making any branch connection, repairing branch connection pipe including providing and fixing of suitable clamps of required size etc. complete for following sizes:-
