MOUNTING, FITTING & ERECTION OF WORK AS PER RESPO NORM. (Part-B)

Laying of single 11 KV, 3x120 sq mm XLPE cable in normal soil by digging of trench 900 mm deep, 600 mm wide including supply of required material like first class brick, stone pad and sand etc. The enter axial spacing between two cable( in case of any other cable is also running in parallel) should be in between o.25 mtr. to .40 mtr. The cable shall be laid between two continous rows of bricks, river sand packing on all side of cable shall be done. After laying down of the cable the stone slab shall be laid in such a manner so that cable channel is completely covered from top. (All material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 11 KV cable)

Laying of single 11 KV 3x120 sq mm XLPE cable by manual drilling method. The cable shall be laid at the depth of 900 mm from the surface of road. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms and Electrical safety rules. (The rates must be quoted for each cable of length per mtr.) (All material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 11 KV cable)

Fixing & grouting of stay rod with cement, sand and bricks ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and fasteniong the stay wire with pole and stay rod nozzling. As per RESSPO and electrical safety rules. (Grouting and all material will be provided by the contractor)

Fixing of factory fabricated and wired metal Glande dust & vetmin proof floor mounting distribution TPN feeder pillar with incoming 400 Am. 1 No. MCCB and outgoing 400 Amp. 3 No. 200 Amp. cubical type with required bus bar with Insulated Heat Shrink sleving and mounting on non Hygrscotic suport as CMC/BMC. with 3 No. indicator. The Pillar should be fabricated with CRCA sheet 3 mm thick Painted with High quality Pint with locking arrangmement complete with cable Gland complete. As per approved drawing by competant authority.

Erection, grouting, plinthing, of single support pole 9 mtr long STP for LT line, including Opening clamp,fitting and street light from old support after that fixing of necessary clamps ,fitting street light on new support. grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr.with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastring around the plingth in ratio 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plingth should be done properly. (All material will be supplied by the contractor Except 9 mtr long STP)

Painting of existing/new 9 mtr support with two coats of red oxide primer and thereafter two coats of aluminium paint, giving silver white finish, painting is to be done after proper cleaning of the structures. paint, primer, thinner etc. required shall be provided by the contractor himself.

Fixing of LT armoured Cable 2x10 sqmm for connection of street Light with Junction Box with help of aluminium lug. As per RESSPO norms and electrical safety rules.

Installation of Junction Box on support for connect street light . first Disconnect existing street light connection from old line therefore Reconnection of street Light with Junction Box with help of LT armoured Cable and aluminium lug.

Fixing of LT PANEL Incomer- 1 Set of 250 Amp. TP MCCB with Spreader & Extended handle,Metering on Incomer - 1 Set of Digital Ammeter with ASS- 1 Set of Digital Voltmeter with VSS- 1 Set of LED type Phase Indicating Light (22.5 mm.) with Control MCBs,Outgoing- 3 Set of 63 Amp. TP MCCB with Spreader & Extended handle ( 2 Nos. + 1 No. for capacitor panel)- 3 Set of 100 Amp. TP MCCB with Spreader & Extended handle as per approved drawing by competant authority disconnection and reconnection of consumer cable single/three phase and 240/150/25 sq mm cable with the help of aluminium lug.
