Excavation of foundation in hard soil within initial lead of 50 mtr and lift of 1.5 mtr etc including levelling and dressing the foundation trenches, stacking the excavated materials away from the work site etc as per the instruction of E.I.C.

Supplying, filling in foundation & plinth with well watered sand in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including watering and ramming with cost conveyance, royalities, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size black broken granite stone aggregates of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm(6") thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royality taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete i as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with Fly Ash brick in foundation & plinth using 25cmx12cmx8cm size bricks having crushing strength not less than 35kg./cm2 with dimensional to lerance 2% in c.c. (1:6) after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in foundation & plinth, basement & for ornametal flower heads plinth moulding & similar such type of works with all necessary projection, cutting, moulding, corebelling, chamfering, watering & curing including cost, conveyance, royalties & all type of taxes of all materials & labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification * direction of the E.I.C.

R.C.C M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade C.B. chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, laying hire charges of concrete mixture, vibrator, watering, curing and cost of all materials and labour,centering shuttering etc complete but excluding cost of reinforcement complete. (Item-4, AR-2006)

R.C.C. work of M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips including hoisting and laying (First Floor)

Rigid and smooth centering & shuttering for R.C.C. works including false works and dismantling them after casting including cost of materials complete (Gr Floor)

Supplying and straightening bent up or coiled rods cutting, bending, cranking, hooking, welding (if required) the M.S.Rods or Tor steel & binding and tying the grills, hoisting, lowering & placing in proper position as required for R.C.C. works with all cost, conveyance & taxes of M.S. rods or Tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge & labour with all T&P required for the work etc. complete in all floors (weight of binding wires and laping of MS rod will not be considered for payment & payment will be made on weight of M.S.rods or Tor steel only).as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications in first Floor

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with approved grade cement and with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of brick masonary walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners etc. completer with cost, conveyance, loading, unkloading, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour T&P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work with providing grooves as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

12 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) for brick work .( First Floor)

Providing 16mm thick cement plaster in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with approved grade cement and with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of brick masonary walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners etc. completer with cost, conveyance, loading, unkloading, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour T&P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work with providing grooves as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

16 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) for brick work ( First Floor)

Supplying, fitting & fixing of 10 mm thick & size of 600x600 mm Glazed Vitrified floor tiles (GVT) of matt finish(WOODEN FINISH/RUSTIC FINISH) with veilcraft (VC ) shield( Scratch free/stain free) with water absorption limit between 0.08% to 3% and conforming to IS : 15622:2006 (Group B Ib). laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge (for New Work only )

Supplying, fitting & fixing of 10 mm thick & size of 30cm x 30cm / 40cm x 40cm special plain / printed series ceramic floor tiles of premium Ceramic floor tiles laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge (for New Work only )

Providing fitting and fixing of M.S. doors, windows & grill gate of approved design and fixing in proper position including making holes in walls, R.C.C. structure and wood work etc. and making good to the damages to walls or R.C.C. structure including mending or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with C.C. (1:2:4) with hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm with cost and conveyance, royalities of all materials, all labour taxes with all T&P etc. complete in all floors as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Factory made FRP (alternately called GRP) door frame of size 75mmx100mm fabricated using E-glass Chopped Strand Mat (CSM) U.V stabilized Inopthallic Gelcoat and impregnated with Inopthalic resin. The thickness of the GRP skins shall not be less than 2.00mm. The door frame consist of four segments which are provided with plug-in-socket arrangement in-situ in the mould. The segments are plugged in and are joined together by means of screw. The GRP frame shall be provided with wooden reinforcement on six locations for high screw holding capacity for for fixing metallic hold fast and shall be consolidated by filling with medium density foam/plaster of paris with fibre reinforcement , Six numbers of 260mm x 25mmx5mm size ‘S’ shaped M.S flat hojd fast shall be provided with the frame. The material and process for manufacturing the door frame’s shall conform to RV-TIFAC composition Design Centre’s standards and specifications. The finish of door frame will be plain colour white/ lovry/ Beige/ Light grey/ Golden brown/ Mahogany/ Teak wood/sand stone / Champagne/ Pastel blue or any other colour using high quality pigments complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the E.I.c

Supplying , fitting,fixing up window (sliding type) made up aluminium section 151-154, 151-155, as windows frame section No.151-155, 151-153 and 151-167 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of all materials all taxes labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with any approved Enamel Paint over a coat of approved primer to wood work and iron work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering, polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for thework etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with approved Enamel Paint on Steel work over a coat of steel Primer ( First Floor)

Provision of readymade PVC doors in toilet,etc. to be paid as per E.P.M. Rate
