Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving any thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete,complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in CM. complete all as specified and as directed.

Walling of random rubble,uncoursed,well bonded,bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius built in CM 1:6 bricks all complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per srl item No 6 above but except stone complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in surafce channel and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 20mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Reinforced concrete pipe 450mm dia class NP-2 laid & jointed completely with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in bed to 450 mm dia pipes including packing under, and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested for complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in two layer (10+5 mm) on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement including mixing integral water proofing compound in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. (Water proofing compound to be measured and paid for separately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down 20mm Bore steel tubing and connections including all fittings and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

20mm bore galvanised steel water tubing medium grade (ISI Marked) with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and or laid under floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing 15 mm and 20mm bore old steel water tubing medium grade galvanised and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floor etc.) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks exc 250 Ltr capacity but n.exc 500 ltr complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks exc 500 Ltr capacity but n.exc 1000 ltr complete all as specified and as directed.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I of capacity 1000 liters including all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F repairs Ball Valves high pressure 20 mm bore of pipe of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 20 mm- 210 grms complete all as specified and as directed..

S&F in repairs Gun metal globe of gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends of size 20mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing cement concrete in steps, seismic and other similar bands, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in hieght, coping, kneelers apex stones , bed plates, kerbs not provided for including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles all as directed, 1:2:4 mix type B-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and 15 mm thick screeding in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions (WPC shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 3.5 Kg/Sqm on prepared surface of plaster. After drying of primer , apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm of plastered surface and provide polymeric water proofing membrane laid with overlaps bonded with hot blown bitumen , end overlaps shall not be less than 150 mm and side lap 75 mm. Minimum weight of water proofing membrane shall be 3 Kg per Sqm. (Make - STP/IWL). Over the polymeric water proofing membrane , apply semi hot blown 85/25 grade condition @ 05 Kg/Sqm dusted over the bitumen coat. After provide above apply aluminium paint as per manufacturing instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 20mm thick with grey cement and pigment, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished over roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of steel and iron surfaces exceeding 10 cms width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, & n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard /dense soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25mm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) exceeding 250 m but n.exc. 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
